My comments:
There was a report of a sighting in Venezuela on twitter, I saw the photo.
There are US patriot groups monitoring one balloon that is over Tenn. headed east. The same group is following a spy balloon over south central Saskatchewan, Canada at this time, I saw the grid pattern maps of the area in a live discussion.

This all tells me this was a huge choreographed project that required hundreds of people, and a huge amount of planning and resources to launch all these balloons at one specific time. This is without a doubt a military operation by China. There is no independent, civilian group from China that could do this, they simply don't exist.

In addition to that, China has made official announcements that the balloons came from China, so they admit where they came from. But they lied about what type of balloons they were.
The US military has determined they are NOT weather balloons, but are surveillance (spy) balloons, and would not give any more details.

The Pentagon also stated that the balloons have the capability to monitor a specific area and control their direction. This means they have motors on board with air propellers so they can loiter in a specific area or move to other locations. They are not always floating along with the wind patterns.

At this time there is no way to verify all the rumors on the internet. Under Biden this situation has not been handled correctly and has shown that US defenses are lacking. Even if all the balloons are harmless, they should have been shot down immediately.
They could have biological weapons on them to be released over our nation. They could have had nukes or EMP nukes that could be dropped across the nation. Allowing them free passage across our airspace is the height of a dereliction of duty on several levels. It is high possible there are more spy balloons on their way. How will they be handled?

So far we have been lucky that no bombs have been dropped. If a nation does not defend itself from enemies it is wide open for a variety of attacks. George Eaton
