There has been no verification of an explosion.

It is being reported by Hal Turner that the USAF sent up a special plane that can detect radiation, and it was reported that they DID detect a radioactive signature from the payload under the balloon.

There are additional reports that 8 spy balloons have been launched and are on there way towards the North America at this time.

My comments: At this time I see NO evidence there was an explosion. I heard no sound in the video tapes, and the light flashes could have been from the camera adjusting as it panned towards the sun.

I am convinced these are NOT so-called Chinese civilian balloons. China's communist system does not allow private, civilian businesses. Duh.
These are literally "trial balloons to test our defenses. They could carry biological warfare agents, they could carry nukes or EMP nukes. They could be simple surveillance equipment that will send back information to the Chinese mainland.

The Pentagon said the balloons were "maneuverable". That means they must have a power source on board to allow it to reach a particular area to monitor in the US. This is unacceptable.

At his time it is too early to make any conclusions. However, it is a foregone conclusion that the US SHOULD shoot down these spy balloons immediately. There is no valid excuse not to stop the illegal incursion of aircraft of any type over the US. George Eaton
