D. Delta Force vs. Blackwater Military confrontation in Utah from Thurs. 12 Jan. to Sat.21 Jan. 2023 culminated in 259 Blackwater (Academie) deaths. Tom Fairbanks, Founder of Community Support Foundation.
On Monday January 9th SCOTUS decided not to hear the case Brunson vs Adams et al, which prompted my reply to comments that "The Game Was NOT Over, but rather it was only half time."
On Tuesday January 10th I was notified that Monday was a "Shatter Point" for the Constitution and that a large military action was now under way, although I was told not to say anything about it at that time. It has occurred to me since then that the military was waiting for a catalyst to intervene. I believe that this has now happened.
Since then, we were notified that the airlines had been grounded, due to a "malfunction," but at the same time there were 52-58 military refuelers in the air supporting an untold amount of other military aircraft with destinations unknown. These
groundings of aircraft we later learned were in 3 different countries.
We also had a report that General Berger had gone missing, who has since been located and returned from his captors, who interrogated, tortured, and abused him. His captors are now lifeless.
In Salt Lake and Utah Counties in the State of Utah, the Department of Child and Family Services (DCFS) in conjunction with the courts have appeared to be relentless in an over reach to violate parental rights and placing children in harmful situations and/or physically removing children from their parents and homes. Long time professional has commented that "they have never seen this type of behavior in their 40+ year careers." One individual who spoke with me said that DCFS appears to be desperate in their
attempts to generate a source of income.
The investigations of Satanic Ritual Abuse in Utah, Juab, and San Pete Counties surrounding David O. Leavitt and David Hamblin continue at a record pace in revealing numerous abusive events and victims, which together illustrates the enormity of the problems along with the efforts of those in authority to cover it up here in the State of Utah.
On Thursday, January 12th, my military liaison informed me that he had been attacked by a seven-man team of paramilitary types, while pursuing a personal assignment connected to both of us. The attempted ambush did not go well for these would-be attackers, each of whom was neutralized. A nearby Commander of a Delta
Force Team was dispatched for recovery and cleanup efforts. Their report showed that the attackers were member of an elite force known as "XE" or "Academy" - formerly known as "Blackwater." – Sort of make you wonder just how it is that a bunch of nobodies from the State of Utah can be so important to have Blackwater after them? What's up with that?
This incident was very troubling to all of us, as very few individuals knew of the personal assignment. Realizing that there was a mole in our midst, a ruse was created to draw out those involved in our intelligence breach. The Delta force commander soon reported that they had shriveled conversations of the mole (the security leak) and the organization who had hired "Blackwater."
On Thursday January 19th, my military liaison confirmed through the Commander that the intel I had received earlier from a confidential source was correct. On Wednesday January 18th, I had been informed that someone from the US Attorney General Office
was in Logan, Utah meeting with the County Attorney's Office. Given the past performance of Attorney General Merrick Garland's behavior, it was clear to us that the US Attorney's Office seems to be more interested in covering up intel rather than exposing it. – Once again, what does little old Logan, and the State Utah have to do will all that is going on in this nation?
Continuing with the ruse, it was announced that my military liaison would be returning to complete the personal assignment on Saturday January 21st. What was not revealed, however, was the Commander of the Delta Force had agreed to provide backup surveillance and protection, which included the use of (4) Apache helicopters with thermal imaging systems. About three hours before reaching the designated location, my military liaison contacted me to report that the Commander of the Delta force had reported that a 52 member "Blackwater" team was lying in wait for his arrival. The Commander had also reported that the entire threat had been eliminated! (Body count59)
A few hours later, my military liaison arrived at his destination, along with his dogs, and was told by two low level flunkies that he was not allowed to enter the area because there
were military maneuvers taking place in that area. Returning to his car, he contacted the Commander and was informed that there was now a 200 member "Blackwater" team in the area. Sometime later, I received another call informing me that Delta Force had
declared WAR on "Blackwater," and then stated that the Commander had ordered the use of an A10 Warhog to neutralize the entire area. (Total body count – approx. 259)
It should be clearly evident by now that somehow the State of Utah lies at the heart of these military actions and that THERE is SOMETHING that SOMEONE is trying to PROTECT/HIDE or TO OBTAIN right here in sleepy little old Utah.
