There is no provision in the Constitution for impeaching an unelected usurper acting as president. If Biden is impeached then the legitimacy of unelected usurpers is set in stone by precedent. Precedent is difficult to reverse. It can be impossible to reverse.

"Stare decisis" refers to the "doctrine of precedent, under which a court must follow earlier judicial decisions when the same points arise again in litigation." Black’s Law Dictionary 1626 (10th ed. 2014).

That Biden is not president must be established before he is removed, and then he must be removed on the criminal charge of imposter.

Any public servant in government who seeks impeachment is your mortal enemy. This is especially true of the gang of nine treasonous murderers.

The legislature knows this, except for the really stupid ones.
