While agree the comment has a few valid points, they are procedural rather than substantive.
What I mean by procedural is the administrative or ministerial acts performed by courts.
These kind of acts are in control of what I call “systemites”. Those that are trained by a system, have total loyalty to the system, not caring about the legitimacy, or illegitimacy of the system administered.
Systemites, do not know the law. Nor do most of them care about not knowing.
This applies to attorneys and judges in particular.

These characters sign their name in a personal Fidelity Bond backed by the surety of ALL their property. And do not understand what they actually did nor the possible consequences.

Any one trusting another, particularly a systemite, to make decisions for then is insane.
The cause of the insanity is trusting another to serve another’s best interest over that of self interest.
Attorneys do not know the law because it is not recognized by the courts.
What is recognized is a second hand report of what the law is by another systemite tha belongs to the same BAR Union.

The Brunson case alleged crimes against the government, moved by fraudulent practice.
That is what the Supreme Court recognized.
More to the point, the result of the fraud rises to treason and many other lesser felonies.

Under what circumstance could the court survive as a government function when it authorizes THEFT, CONVERSION of the American Peoples votes?

Pontificating based on procedures and corrupt status actions always results in being mistaken when the law shows up in the subject matter.
