Early mRNA technology evolved out of animal cloning in France in 1959 at Strasbourg, funded by the Rothschilds. French geneticists extracted DNA from the cells of the Khaki Campbells and injected it into the White Pekins. This was their first attempt and they theorized that the foreign DNA would possibly show up later in some character derived from the Khaki Campbells. To their astonishment, the actual ducks they injected began to change. Their white feathers darkened and their necks began to take on the peculiar curve of the Khaki Campbells.

News about the research was leaked and other scientists were in disbelief and wanted a repeat of the experiments, which was done, but the results of the first attempt could not be duplicated and what happened remained in mystery.
