It is with deep regret that I announce my departure from JSMineset and Holter/Sinclair collaboration.

As many of you know, the site was hacked and shut down a few weeks back. This was apparently done by our previous administrator. We have been hacked again, and it turns out the .com site is now posting all of our proprietary subscription content free of charge. There was a business dispute with the previous administrator where we believe JSMineset was being grossly overcharged. JSMineset did disperse $55,000 earlier this year for what was believed to be fair compensation for administering the site during 2020 and 2021.

Although Jim and I were partners, I have never had any ownership of JSMineset. I only performed day to day postings and gave input to Jim regarding his business decisions. But here is where it gets sticky. I now come to find out that Jim does not have ownership of JSMineset and never has.

As I understand it, when the site was originally created, the administrator placed the URL and site ownership under their control. Normally if proprietary information was taken and posted elsewhere there is legal remedy; in this case, I do not know. My work is my own and I will not have it pirated, nor will I have my good name dirtied...

...Thank you to our readers and subscribers! I have put my heart and soul into the success of both JSMineset and TRX. Our goal was simple – lay out what we saw coming and try to help our readers make proper preparations. What we saw coming has already arrived, and at this point there is precious little time left to prepare even if you see it clearly.

While I will miss doing our weekly calls and being in constant contact, I don’t think there is much left that has not been covered or unsaid. I will continue to do interviews with various sites and continue as a precious metals broker with Miles Franklin. I bid you farewell and thank you all for your past readership and support.
