I'll bet you are right; I had mashed potatoes for dinner go figure, too funny.

It didn't hurt in the least; just felt like I should be doing the breast stroke, free style something very odd.

My daughter asked if had been to the eye doc recently, I think I went once to an eye doctor but was very sure this had nothing to do with my eyes and everything to do with my brain.

I used to get these god awful headaches when I first came down with Morgellons/Lyme but think I have had one or two headaches since. They weren't even bad ones, grateful for that.

I'm kind of like that Hobie, some people buy good drugs for this type of effect:)

In fact,Bonnie, I had foregone my vitamins a couple days and took them this morning; plus the mashed potatoes with pink Himalayan salt.

Eating what my body told me:) Like I've said in the past my body is smarter than I:)

Still have a bit of heavy metals in me but it has improved considerably. Love You Both!!!
