FBI Agents Involved In Trump Raid Are Under Criminal Investigation By Durham
by Liza Carlisle
The world now knows that more than 3 dozen FBI agents descended on Trump’s Florida residence on Monday and searched the compound for several hours.
The FBI would not allow Trump’s lawyers to be anywhere near the areas that were rummaged through.
“Everyone was asked to leave the premises, they wanted to be left alone, without any witnesses to see what they were doing, taking or, hopefully not, ‘planting.’
Why did they STRONGLY insist on having nobody watching them, everybody out?” Trump wrote on Truth Social on Wednesday.
Former President Trump posted this morning,” NOW THEY RAID MY HOME, ban my lawyers and, without any witnesses allowed, break the lock that they asked us to install on the storage area that we showed them early on, which held papers that they could have had months ago for the asking, and without the ridiculous political grandstanding of a “break-in” to a very storied, important, and high visibility place, just before the Midterm Elections. the whole world was watching as the FBI rummaged through the house, including the former First Lady’s closets (and clothing!) alone and unchecked. They even demanded that the security cameras be turned off (we refused) but there was no way of knowing if what they took was legitimate, or was there a plant?”
Furthermore, according to the search warrant obtained by Breitbart News, US Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart signed off on the search warrant on Aug. 5, 2022 but the FBI didn’t conduct the raid until August 8.
If the matter was urgent, why was there a delay between the warrant being signed and the search being instigated?
As to the matter of the materials being classified, former President Trump has stated repeatedly that as a President with declassification powers, he had declassified the documents before leaving the Oval Office.
Investigative journalist Paul Sperry tweeted on August 9:
“Uh, does DOJ understand that NARA is only temporary custodian of a president’s old White House archives until all those records are transferred back t president once his presidential library is built? That’s right, all the classified papers are returned to the former president.”
The Washington Post last Thursday published a ‘leak’ from so-called government officials who claimed the FBI searched Trump’s Florida residence for classified records related to nuclear weapons.
Additionally, the FBI raid was so urgent that the US government waited for more than a year-and-a-half after Trump left office to search for records related to ‘nuclear weapons.’
If these matters were so urgent (they were not) then why did the FBI wait several days/months until they descended on Trump’s home?
Questions are being asked and some answers are coming to light.
For instance, whne publishing the search warrant, Breitbart also published the names of the FBI agents who signed off on the raid.
It seems now those agents have been involved in more than one questionable activity.
Recall, investigative reporter Paul Sperry was suspended from Twitter earlier this week after he revealed the FBI may have had a personal stake and searched for classified documents related to Spygate.
“DEVELOPING: Investigators reportedly met back in June w Trump & his lawyers in Mar-a-Lago storage rm to survey docs & things seemed copasetic but then FBI raids weeks later. Speculation on Hill FBI had PERSONAL stake & searching for classified docs related to its #Spygate scandal.”
– investigative journalist Paul Sperry said in a tweet Tuesday before getting suspended from Twitter.
Prior to being suspended from using the social media outlet, Sperry also tweeted a list of “conflicted” DOJ officials who were “briefed on the Mar-a-Lago raid” and noted that “CNN is admonishing reporters not to call the FBI raid of Trump’s home a “raid” but instead to term it as a “judge-approved search.”
The list of “conflicted” DOJ officials included:
Nicholas MCQuaid, who worked with Hunter Biden’s and Michael Sussman’s criminal attorneys, Lisa Monaco, who was an Obama Aide and is implicated in Russiagate, and Maggie Goodlander, who is the wife of top Biden aide Jake Sullivan, implicated in Russiagate.
And now Sperry dropped another bomb on Saturday.
According to Sperry, the federal agents involved in the Mar-a-Lago raid are under investigation by Special Counsel John Durham for being involved in investigating Trump prior to the raid on his home.
“Developing: Sources say the FBI agents and officials who were involved in the raid on former President Trump’s home work in the same Counterintelligence Division of the FBI that investigated Trump in the Russiagate hoax and are actively under criminal investigation by Special Counsel John Durham for potentially abusing their power investigating Trump in the Russian fraud and therefore have a potential conflict of interest and should have been RECUSED from participating in this supposed “espionage” investigation at Mar-a-Lago”
-Sperry said in a social media post on Saturday, just before being suspended from Twitter..
It appears the FBI raided Mar-a-Lago to seize documents that likely implicated the FBI – and now they’re claiming the records were related to nuclear weapons to justify the raid, Gateway Pundit noted.
