Fifth Amendment

"No person shall ... be deprived of (natural right to) life, liberty, or property (body), without due process of law..."

Person, in the context of the fifth amendment (at time of writing), begins at the instant of conception. (If you kill a woman who is one day pregnant you can be found guilty of killing two persons.)

"... to ourselves and our Posterity ..." ( Declaration of Independence) establishes intent and fact of beginning and continuance through the instrument of a constitution. There is no posterity without conception and gestation.

Conception is a natural fact. All other designations of "beginning of life" are either insidious, or just excruciatingly, stupidly arbitrary.

So, the United States Supreme Abortion Clinic (USSAC) has successfully aborted its constitutional responsibility. To protect the individual person by criminal delegation of responsibility to immoral, $hit for brains state legislatures that will continue the obfuscation for the purpose of confusion and control of the public.

To move on, the USSAC has also continued with the abortion and gleeful mutilation of the principle of defense of self and others by affirming that the Second Amendment pertains to said defense. It does not. It refers very strictly to the militia.

The fact of right of personal defense by ownership and carry of firearms is an ninth amendment natural right at the time of writing. It was just understood as natural, like breathing. Can you imagine the absurdity of an enumerated natural right to own and use a horse or an ax at that time? The commonly exercised right to own and carry personal firearms is unforgivably obvious at the writing of the constitution.

But now the USSAC can easily abort any connection between the Second Amendment and the 9A natural right to own and carry by simply saying, 'We were wrong! Just like Roe!' Then lying that it's a state's right (10th) to regulate ownership and carry instead of a natural 9th right of the individual. Then it all starts from scratch and immoral, $hit for brains state legislatures reign supreme.

It's a gang of nine outlaws working black magic. No divided decision can possibly equal 9-0. A thing is completely constitutional or not at all. Hundreds and thousands of pages of "opinion" cannot equal a few sentences of common sense. The law serves the living, the living do not serve the law. Only the walking dead serve the law.
