Open dialogues most often create understanding and solutions.
Are you ready to engage in critical dialogues with provable facts and law?

The premise of your understandings and constructions are at odds directly with the very place and it’s jurisdictions you rely on to hold your cult opinions.
I use the word cult in proper perspective and context.
Merriam-Webster: 1. : a religion regarded as unorthodox or spurious.

Granted each State United is an independent nation from day one.
However, the States United under Confederation reconstructed the administration of national administration of the Peoples self recognized, executed and accepted powers to create governments to serve those creating them.

One of powers and authorities held by the States is that of recognizing Citizens as the Grantors, Bailors, Depositing Creditors and exclusive Beneficiaries of all administration of governments operations.

That right of creation held by the People was placed in trust under a document called a State Constitution.

The States as managers over the Peoples powers then assigned by Constitution for constructing the United States Government under which the exclusive powers over immigration and naturalization we given. This is foreign born people seeking to become Citizens of the United States of America.

Jeff, I hate to tell you this there is no nation called American, nor America.
You nor any of your cult members can identify one document that references a nation called America, thus there are no American National's. There are however many Citizens of the States who are recognized by all nations in the international jurisdiction as Citizens of the United States of America.

What is available to you to understand are the documents creating the jurisdiction that secures your right to be a cult member. That jurisdiction is attached to land and water by law of nations and recognitions from other nations.
Read the founding documents as contracts between the people creating them and the powers Bailed to legalize force, which is the only reason for government of any kind to exist.

Attempting to reconstruct my counties laws and the Laws between Nations, particularly based on your fatally defective logic is the very definition of a cult of believers.

The term American National may be catchy and gather up cult members seeking escape from current controlling and overbearing corruption. However the term has no legal or political authority to require it be recognized by any one. Me in particular.

As stated in the article you all are so smart and well educated that you defined yourselves in terms limited to people of foreign birth. That’s what the law is whether you all want to recognize it or not. Read the contracts between the People, the States United contract called US Constitution and the administration of powers assigned by the States called statutes. Then show me and your cohorts why any real American should recognize you as an American National, a foreign born immigrant, seeking recognition, when you claim to be born in my country on its soil under the law that protects your right to be a cult member.

Double speak always destroys both sides of the premise by confusion.

Cults are defined as they are for two basic reasons. Mixing jurisdictions and confusing logic which when looked from a common sense perspective fall apart due their own confusions.

When the principles, those founding my country, the facts, the documents creating my country, the laws administering my and the Peoples powers, the procedures with which not only access the true Powers of the One People, are applied to the systemites term American National, the whole premise of the positions you are relying on that the systemites created, collapse.

I use the qualifier of “ my country “ in perfect context and application. I signed on the foundational documents as a principal and creator and properly constructed, filed and served those Nunc Pro Tunc contracts, which are now official government records in numerous and great offices.
So when I speak I write as a contract holder for the jurisdiction and venue you inhabit.

There is only one country here. The United States of America which is made up of States United which as independent separate countries all have and recognize Citizens. This Citizenship is the only qualifier for international recognition of Citizens of the United States of America in the jurisdictions between nations of the world.

Nether the States United nor the Union of states under constitution operating as a Nation recognize the American National as anything other than a foreign born individual attempting to bootstrap wokeism, the altering of facts, law, procedures and history of same to fit a cult agenda of the irresponsible. In short conversion of the Peoples Original Political Jurisdiction from which all recognition of Citizens comes.

That is the law Jeff. Go read the documents. Then show me where you find the authority or recognition that an American National should be seen as any thing other than a cult.
