Hi Hobie,
Reader Charles has missed the point of reclaiming your status as defined State National. His interpretation of the LAW (land, air, water) is from the water jurisdiction only. Removing oneself from that jurisdiction (placed there by your birth certificate) is the entire point.
Land and soil jurisdiction is for living breathing people not legal fictions of personhood (corporations- which is water jurisdiction, commerce, specifically on water). If one takes the entire LAW if is very simple to understand that it is not only possible to define your jurisdiction but necessary in the situation of the Giant Fraud that has been perpetrated on living flesh.
We are all owed common Law the Law of the land not Admiralty Law of the Sea! Time to correct the craziness and come home to the land where you belong.
