An insightful new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin received an urgent request from Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan (the leader of NATO’s second largest member after the United States) to free hostages held by Ukrainian Nazis at a Turkish mosque in Mariupol, says swiftly after the presidential decree was issued to accomplish this mission, the Ministry of Defense (MoD) reported: “A special operation to free hostages, who were held in Turkish mosque by Ukrainian Nazis, was conducted on 16 April during offensive actions to liberate Mariupol and at the request of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan...Thanks to selfless actions by a Russian special forces team the mosque was unblocked and 29 militants, including foreign mercenaries, were killed...The hostages, who are citizens of one of the CIS countries, were freed and taken to a safe location”.
Near immediately after these hostages were freed by Russian special forces from Ukrainian Nazis, this report notes, the MoD began broadcasting continuously throughout the night to the remaining Ukrainian formations at the Azovstal fortress in Mariupol on all radio channels at 30-minute intervals the message: “Considering the catastrophic situation at the Azovstal metallurgical plant, and being guided by purely humane principles, the Russian Armed Forces offer militants of nationalist battalions and foreign mercenaries to stop hostilities and lay down their arms starting 6am Moscow time on 17 April 2022...All who lay down their weapons are guaranteed the preservation of life”.
With these Ukrainian units having until 1pm to withdraw from their stronghold, without any weapons or ammunition, this report continues, the MoD revealed that these remaining troops are in a “hopeless situation, with virtually no food and water”, citing the contents of hundreds of radio intercepts on Saturday alone—but in a demonic bid to appease their Western colonial overlords, the criminal regime in Kiev ordered the Ukrainian neo-Nazi battalion Azov to shoot those who choose to lay down their arms to the Russian military at the Azovstal plant in Mariupol.
As to whom these Ukrainian Nazi forces have been ordered to kill if they try to surrender, this report details, are mainly foreign mercenaries, 1,035 of which have already been liquidated by Russian military forces—and whose ultimate fate of those who do surrender, MoD spokesman Major General Igor Konashenkov revealed: “They came to Ukraine to earn money by killing the Slavs…Therefore, the best thing that awaits them is criminal liability and long prison terms”.
Also revealed by MoD spokesman Major General Igor Konashenkov, this report notes, is that “Ukraine has suffered the irretrievable loss of an estimated 23,367 troops” since the “Special De-Nazification Operation” was launched on 24 February—a revelation quickly followed by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy warning that “all of the countries of the world should begin preparing for nuclear war with Russia”—and whose warning comes at the same time Polish Ambassador to the United States Marek Magierowski proclaimed that President Zelenskyy is “the leader of the free world”.
In the so-called “free world” President Zelensky is now the proclaimed leader of, this report continues, yesterday it saw Russian air defense units shooting down a military transport plane carrying Western arms outside Odessa—that’s now been followed by Russian military forces hitting 68 targets across Ukraine overnight, to include its using high-precision air-launched missiles to destroy a munitions factory in Brovary, a town outside the Ukrainian capital Kiev, and obliterating two S-300 air defense missile system radars, as well as several weapons depots and fuel terminals—all of which while being viewed by NATO-member Greece, caused its council of ministers to declare: “Greece is not sending any more military equipment to Ukraine”.
After Russian military forces successfully bottled up vast numbers of Ukrainian forces with a feint towards Kiev, this report details, the leftist New York Times, in belatedly noticing this strategy, today cites American military experts warning of what’s soon to come: “There’s nowhere to hide ...It’s like fighting in Kansas”—is a factual warning anyone knowing history could see was used by Russia to defeat the German Nazis in World War II by luring them out into the open plains of eastern Ukraine, where Russia’s massive artillery forces simply stands off and pummels enemy formations until they’re obliterated—and proven tactic about which now sees retired Lieutenant-General Ben Hodges, the former commander of the US Army in Europe, exclaiming: “What we’re talking about is, no kidding, a conventional, very lethal battle of maneuvers where Russian forces are going to attack Ukraine’s fixed positions on ground that is more open”.
With an avalanche of articles now appearing like “Sanctions On Russia Are Screwing Up The World” and “Fears Of Recession Are Everywhere — Except At The Clueless White House”, this report details, the presumed real leader of the so-called “free world”, Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden, used this Easter Holiday weekend to break his campaign promise not to sell oil and gas leases on federal lands when he quietly ordered the US Bureau of Land Management to immediately begin selling these leases—and is a broken campaign promise now joined by the leftist Washington Post reporting today: “The Biden administration and its European allies have begun planning for a far different world, in which they no longer try to coexist and cooperate with Russia, but actively seek to isolate and weaken it as a matter of long-term strategy...At NATO and the European Union, and at the State Department, the Pentagon and allied ministries, blueprints are being drawn up to enshrine new policies across virtually every aspect of the West’s posture toward Moscow, from defense and finance to trade and international diplomacy”.
As to what is enraging these Western colonial powers against Russia, this report explains, is the failure of the main American foreign policy initiative over the past nearly two decades called the “Capitalist Peace Theory”, that presumed nations would trade their long held beliefs, sovereignty, even national identity if given enough money—a demented theory advocated by neocon warmonger John Bolton, who bolstered its effect by adding to it the threat of military force for any nation not accepting money in exchange for bowing down to the West, which made it no surprise when after President Donald Trump fired this deranged lunatic it saw Democrat Party lawmaker US Congressman Ruben Gallego stating: “I agree with the president, I don’t know what his intent was hiring him in the first place or why he fired him but at least the good outcome is that John Bolton’s no longer close to any level of power”—and in noticing what Russia calls “Bolotno Revolutionaries” have really wrought, today it sees the leftist Washington Post, in their article “The West Thought Money Could Tame Dictators. Has Putin Proved It Can’t?”, admitting: “Globalization was supposed to bring peace through capitalism...Since the end of the Cold War, the United States and other Western powers have pursued a noble idea — that by tying themselves economically to their rivals, they might escape the dismal cycle of great-power conflicts...All of that now seems hopelessly naďve”.
Most importantly noted yesterday, this report concludes, revered Russian political analyst Petr Akopov just released his open letter “Mobilization In Russia - Not Announced, But Already Underway”, wherein he told and warned the peoples of Russia: “The stakes are now raised to the maximum...This is the final completion of the half-thousand-year era of Western domination in the world...We have crossed the Rubicon, and we simply have no way back...We have returned to the high road of Russian history, and it is impossible to turn back or turn off it onto the path of ambiguity and irresponsibility without losing Russia”—but even more critically to notice, is that in 2014, after the Western colonial powers destroyed Ukraine so they could use it as a battering ram to harm Russia, it saw Akopov giving an interview explaining what exactly was happening, saw him factually revealing that President Putin fought off these “Bolotno Revolutionaries” and wouldn’t surrender one single bit of Russian sovereignty for Western colonial cash, further revealed that President Putin warned all of Russia’s top business people to keep their money out of the West, and, in part, saw him exactly stating truths that today are becoming reality:
After Putin withstood the “Bolotno” revolution, he initiated the process of nationalizing the elite through battling the corruption among officials, evicting the oligarchs from politics, and the representatives of the fifth column from prominent positions in the expert and journalist milieu, and a move towards patriotism in ideology and culture.
The oligarchs received a suggestion that they return all their business and money to Russia.
The war in the Ukraine will become long term and last at least a few more months. The United States are cajoling Kiev towards a military resolution of the conflict, while Moscow cannot leave the defenders alone.
A majority of Russian public opinion is unanimous in extending greater help to the rebels – even sending in the army. However, a majority of the public also considers that it is Putin who should define the form and method of this help to Novorussia
The only way Russia can save itself as a large country is to cut its ties with the West and redefine itself, its own civilizational model.

This concerns moral, ethic, and religious values, as well as the choice of a new economic model, a format of social and state economy which will be in harmony with the moral principles of the Russian people and their aspirations towards justice and community.
Russia will be able to suggest an alternative to the Anglo-Saxon project, which debases national cultures and civilizations.
