“This Is The Time To Weep” Warning Recalled As Crazy West Nears “Dr. Strangelove Moment”

A foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin factually revealing that Russia can easily redirect exports of its vast energy resources away from the West to countries that really need them, with him stating: “When it comes to Russian oil, gas and coal, we will be able to increase their consumption on the domestic market and stimulate the deep processing of raw materials...We will also increase the supply of energy resources to other regions of the world where they are really needed”, says this statement quickly followed the world's biggest independent oil trader, Dutch energy giant Vitol Group, announcing that it expects to stop trading Russian crude oil by the end of this year—an announcement joined with the report: “The Vitol Group usually buys up to five million tons of Russian oil per year…To put that in perspective, Russia produces about 550 million tons of oil per year, about 45% of which is supplied to foreign markets... If Vitol stops selling Russian oil Chinese companies will buy the volume”—a report swiftly followed by global energy giant China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) announcing it is quitting the West and will halt operations in the United States, Canada and Mexico—an announcement quickly joined by the news: “Despite warnings from the West, India continues to lean into their supply-chain relationship with Russia for natural resources like oil and coal…In March, India’s coal imports from Russia surged to a two-year high”.

In response to the Western colonial nations trying to destroy Russia, this report notes, Deputy Prime Minister Andrey Belousov stated about them: “They literally want to pull Russia out of world economic relations, thereby launching the processes of degradation and disintegration of our economic system...In fact, there were attempts to organize a global blockade of Russia, consisting, schematically, of four rings – financial, trade, transport and humanitarian...It is impossible to isolate Russia from the global economic system...And the events of the last month and a half clearly testify to this”—a statement now joined by the Bank of Russia reporting this morning: “Russia’s total external debt has fallen in the first quarter to its lowest level since 2009, amounting to $453.5 billion as of 1 April”—and in watching the abject failure of these Western colonial powers to harm Russia, it caused Turkish presidential spokesman Ibrahim Kalin to grimly warn: “We have entered a new era of cold war…The effects of this war will last for decades”.

With the just published Wall Street Journal article “Dissent On Ukraine Emerges In The Heart Of Europe” revealing: “Deep suspicion of hegemonic media narratives has earned Vladimir Putin some sympathy in countries like the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia”, this report continues, the dissent that’s emerging is now joined by the staggering news that the war in Ukraine has now cost the European Union twice as much as they spent on Covid since 2020—and whose staggering cost not being used to improve the lives of the peoples in the European Union, has just been met by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky demanding to European Commission leader Ursula von der Leyen yesterday that the European Union pay him another $7-billion every month.

To further explain what is actually occurring, this report notes, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov most accurately stated: “The culmination of this Russophobic course has been Washington and Brussels unconditional support for the radical nationalist Kiev regime, the nurturing of ultra-radicals in Ukraine, and the creation of an anti-Russia out of Ukraine...The West, led by the United States, now seeks to restore and consolidate its dominance in international affairs, in order to continue to solve its narrow personal interest at the expense of the national interests of other countries”—a statement of fact now joined by the news: “Consumer Price Index data around the world and political crises just this week show how the economic war against Russia is harming the poorest and destabilizing the world”—and today sees a flood of heartbreaking articles appearing in Western colonial nations like “UK Household Incomes “Obliterated” By Inflation Storm As Living Standards Plunge”.

In a bid to keep the American people from noticing how the socialist Biden Regime is destroying their nation while taking on Russia, this report details, deranged Wall Street Journal opinion writer Daniel Henninger published his screed this week entitled “The Devil Resurfaces In Ukraine”, wherein he repeats the warmongering socialist big lie narrative “Putin is Evil-America is Pure”, and states: “Putin’s war is forcing a re-evaluation of evil in the world and our response to it...Vladimir Putin’s scorched-earth tactics resurrect the possibility in the world of an evil that is pure, compelling and undeniable”—but whose demented big lie screed becomes remarkable when noticing the virtual avalanche of scathing responses to it, like:

Breitner Marczewski wrote: “If the death of the innocent is the definition of evil, then Hiroshima and Nagasaki are great examples of the United States being on the wrong side”.

Robert Amrine wrote: “We already have an administration that is willing to sacrifice our standard of living and the innovation and initiative of the American people through open borders, destruction of fossil fuels, leniency in crime and economic destruction. This is not far from political arrests (as already happened to those who were in or around the Capitol on January 6th), total censorship of the press and, yes, assassinations of political opponents and other opponents of the regime. Think this can't happen here? Then open your eyes and ears: it's already started!”.

A Sharma wrote: “What is hidden from these columnists in the Western media is that the devil appeared thousands of times when the US killed more than a million Iraqis and thousands of Afghans. The US did not leave after the fall of Saddam, who did not have weapons of mass destruction. The devil was in the form of bombs, drones. Not all of the million killed Iraqis were soldiers. Is the life of a poor Muslim in a poor Middle Eastern country inferior to the life of a poor Ukrainian? Human life is human life”.

Joe Moffa wrote: “As General Sherman said, 'War is hell,' and he made sure that the war came to Atlanta. It's funny that no one called him the devil, but compared to what he did in the South, this is much worse than what is happening in Ukraine. If Putin were a real devil, all the major cities of Ukraine would be wiped off the face of the earth, there would be no communication from the country, thousands of Ukrainians would die. Stop reading propaganda about Putin and all the so-called atrocities. The mainstream media and social networks in the United States are in largely propaganda and are engaged in the usual globalist brainwashing. As soon as Russia takes the Donbass , we will have peace: sooner rather than later”.

Most certainly agreeing with these Americans refusing to be brainwashed by their warmongering socialist Western colonial overlords, this report notes, is Roman Catholic Church leader Pope Francis, who, in September-2014, visited Italy's largest military cemetery to commemorate the 100^th Anniversary of the start of World War I—a commemoration visit of this human catastrophe that took the lives of tens-of-millions that caused Pope Francis to specifically cite the Western colonial powers rampaging across the world, and saw him calling for an end to the conflicts in Iraq, Syria, Gaza, Ukraine, and parts of Africa—but in his knowing that these Western colonial powers wouldn’t stop their global rampage of death and destruction, it caused Pope Frances to solemnly intone while tears flooded into his eyes and ran down his cheeks: “Humanity needs to weep, and this is the time to weep...Even today, after the second failure of another world war, perhaps one can speak of a third war, one fought piecemeal, with crimes, massacres, destruction”.

Among those who now recall the third world warning issued by Pope Francis unless the Western colonial powers stopped their global rampage, most particularly in Ukraine, this report continues, is Russian conservative journalist Vladimir Kornilov, who, in his just published article “Western Society Is Preparing For The Third World War”, warns: “The third world war has already begun…Western politicians and the media have been routinely and routinely summing up the public to this conclusion lately…And then follows the trivialization of the idea itself and getting used to the arguments about the inevitability of a nuclear war of the West against Russia…Moreover, the latter is accompanied by an attempt to impose the idea that the fear of an exchange of nuclear strikes is exaggerated and this will not lead to a global catastrophe”—and American liberal journalist Matt Taibbi, who, in his just published article “Straight Out Of Dr. Strangelove”, warningly reveals:

More and more, we're told outright war isn't just necessary and right, but the thing that will solve America's existential problems.

A month after Putin’s invasion of Ukraine, blood seems to be rushing to all the wrong places across the Commentariat, which has begun in earnest the predictable process of asking the public to dismiss fears of nuclear combat.

Robert Kagan, neoconservative writer and husband to Deputy Undersecretary of State Victoria Nuland, wrote a piece called “The Price of Hegemony” in Foreign Affairs last week that was fascinating.

Kagan went on to make an argument straight out of Dr. Strangelove. Instead of doing what some critics want and focusing on “improving the well-being of Americans,” the U.S. government is instead properly recognizing the responsibility that comes with being a superpower.

So, while Russia’s invasion may indeed have been a foreseeable consequence of a decision to expand our hegemonic reach, now that we’re here, there’s only one option left. Total commitment.

World-domination advocates who’d been laughed out of meetings for years were taken seriously overnight.

Rigid with jingoistic fervor, they were suddenly in print and on air everywhere, bursting with “plans for everyone,” as Iggy Pop put it.

Such people always rush to the front of the debate in these moments and they’re always listened to, until about ten years later, when it quietly becomes okay to reflect on a question we probably should have pondered in the moment, i.e. “Hey, are these people crazy?”.

In the latest example of how “truly crazy” these Western colonial powers are, this report concludes, yesterday the Wall Street Journal reported that an unnamed US intelligence official told them that America was going to give Ukraine intelligence to attack targets on Russian territory in Crimea—a report followed early this morning by two Ukrainian helicopters attacking the Russian border village of Klimovo in the Bryansk Region and firing heavy weapons at residential buildings to injure at least seven civilians—in quick response the Ministry of Defense (MoD) issued a warning that if Ukraine wants to attack Russian territory its “decision makers” in Kiev, along with the entire city will be obliterated, with their statement saying: “We have seen attempts at sabotage and attacks by the Ukrainian military against facilities in Russian territory…If such attempts continue, the Russian Federation’s Armed Forces will strike at the decision-making centers, including Kiev – something we have so far refrained from”—and among whose latest urgent war bulletins, sees them including:

“The head of the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) Leonid Pasechnik expressed confidence that the conflict in Donbass will be over soon and peace will be established in the region as a result of the special operation by Russian, LPR and DPR troops”.

“During the operation to liberate Mariupol, another 134 Ukrainian servicemen, including 14 officers, voluntarily laid down their arms overnight...Overall 1,160 Ukrainian service members of the 36th marine infantry brigade voluntarily surrendered over the past 24 hours, including 176 officers”.

“A fire on board the Russian missile cruiser Moskva has been contained and the risk of further detonations ammunition on board has been averted...The ship maintains its buoyancy and attempts are being made to tug it to a port for repairs...The cause of the initial fire, which prompted a detonation of ammunition on board that severely damaged the ship, is still being investigated...The main missile ammunition stock was not affected by the incident...The ship's crew, in turn, has been safely evacuated to nearby ships of the Russian Black Sea fleet”.

“Overnight into 14 April, 12 enemy targets were destroyed by high-precision weapons...In the settlements of Velikaya Mikhailovka and Bogatyr, two warehouses of artillery weapons of Ukrainian troops, a Ukrainian MiG-29 fighter jet, a Mi-8 helicopter, and a Bayraktar TB-2 unmanned aerial vehicle were destroyed at the Dnepr airfield”.

“Operational-tactical aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces eliminated 48 Ukrainian military sites overnight, including two command posts, a radar station, two positions of multiple launch rocket systems, an artillery battery, six missile and artillery arms depots, and also 48 areas of the amassment of Ukrainian combat equipment”.

“Russian missile and artillery troops struck 770 facilities, including nine command posts, 101 strongholds, 548 areas of the amassment of Ukrainian manpower and weapon systems, 110 artillery positions, an S-300 surface-to-air missile system and an ammo depot”.

“Overall, the following Ukraine military targets have been destroyed by Russian military forces since the beginning of the special military operation: 131 aircraft, 104 helicopters, 245 surface-to-air missile systems, 448 unmanned aerial vehicles, 2,179 tanks and other combat armored vehicles, 248 multiple launch rocket systems, 944 field artillery guns and mortars and 2,088 special military motor vehicles”.

“The fighters of the Right Sector organization ordered the Ukrainian National Guardsmen in the city of Rubizhne, for which there are battles in the Donbass, to shoot captured civilians”.

“Ukrainian soldiers who take part in tortures of prisoners of war will be brought to criminal liability, human rights ombudswoman of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Darya Morrozova told TASS on Wednesday”.
