There really isn't a basis for trusting that the profile making this claim is telling the truth... if someone wanted to get a rush of attention and new subscribers then promising an exclusive, sensational video would be a ploy to use, they just have to be able to convince enough people of the excuse when the video never happens. There are plenty of people online seeking to get attention and not concerned with having integrity with what they do to accomplish that - and they may believe the ends justify the means, that misleading people to get them to follow you is fine if you are sharing what you think are vital truths.
If you were Trump or Putin do you suppose you would plan an important live public speech with some little known social media activists who can't get the technology to work? Let's just observe what happens this time when the time of the promised broadcast arrives, and if it fails to appear then perhaps attention can be withdrawn and directed instead to more productive endeavors.
