You comment indicates to me that our understanding and approach to our legal relationships to or with governments are quite different.
Every one makes their own choices and I will always support your choice because that’s their business not mine.

I care nothing for public servants constructions of what I say to them, or write to them.

They, the IRS minions are public servants. Emphasis on SERVANT.
No public servant is granted powers or authorities to make a political, legal or commercial determination of my acts. Nor are these servants capable of producing any public record authorizing them to define what I send them nor reconstruct nor interpret my statements.
If the servants need clarity they are required by their job description, servant, to ask the Master, Me, the Sovereign, for clarification.
When any public servant to attempt to hold me to their operating standards or procedures with out my consent, they commit a TORT and a number of felonies.
For any public servant to deny me honest government services due to their own procedures that limit my access to a protection of any law of the people they are acting in rebellion.

My job as the Master is to provide my public servants with the tools, the procedures, the laws, the facts, serving the principles of our form of government.
I never make choices for another man.
I am damn sure and have a very long track record of holding public service to account for their stepping outside the limits of their personal contracts and obligations to the People.

R, it appears to me that you’re approaching them as if they were more powerful than you and you need to satisfy their needs somehow.
That premise is foreign to my world and has been for over 30 + years.

What I see not just in my country but worldwide is the people finally waking up to the authority of the people over public servants.
What that means is real simple terms is it the people are beginning to come up from the position of bent over and starting to stand on their own.

If the readers are interested I can forward an email that shows how the magic works. Some public servants were served a copy of the laws that control their position. They were asked to identify whether they were going to comply with the law or not.
These characters were given the opportunity to make their choice or inform if We needed to go and access other process to require them to do their jobs.
Documents got served early on Monday and they communicated via phone were opened Tuesday. They formally requested no more written documents be sent to them and call them and ask for what was wanted.

Once the law is touched it attaches to who ever touches it.
The law once attached will execute its self to the full extent of its powers.
The law grinds every thing it touches to very fine dust.
All those attached by the law are exposed as either honorable and law abiding operating in high morality and Constitutional compliance, or, illuminated in the world of crooked, torfeasing, shysters managing humans as capital for their private gain and benefit.
