This Monograph will be transferred to President Trump once published.
I request this courtesy because the Beneficiaries have a few mechanisms to present to Trump that may cause some think different. Thus the intro to the link is intended to be a subtle set up for the People’s application of some get right.
I was approached by some folks that asked for my perspectives on their attempts to Restore the Republic via local jural groups. Like Anna V promotes. One of the three groups is under Anna’s operations.
My answers to direct questions and comments below. Three different groups in three states. None of them seem to be happy they called me. What upset them most was that I provided public record documentation to support my comments and when I asked for theirs, I some how became the biggest A.H. they ever came across. Go figure.
My fist take on the question is believed to be THE relevant material fact defining our countries present moment is that confusions rule the day because the People forgot or refuse to recognize We the People are the Masters.
Where did the People’s Republic go?
I can not find, and I am pretty god at finding these sorts of things, where the People that created our Republic form governments ever cancelled, voided or altered our People’s forums.
So the question becomes, who under what notice and opportunity to be informed changed our form of government or its operations?
Who says our Republic form of law and the rule of the People’s law is not valid and in force and effect?
We believe the answer to the WHO question is obvious. The servants are in rebellion because some one paid them and many agreed to be bought.
Please think about this next set of statements.
Is there a country, a nation among other nations, when the People do not own the money and law systems? NO!
Does the term COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISE, disguised as government operations, describe our current state of affairs operating the confusions no public servant is willing to address? YES.
When a judge claiming to serve the people and works in what is claimed to be the people’s courts and with the people’s law, is paid in privately owned money, WHO DOES HE WORK FOR AND SERVE? THE MONEY OWNERS!
Who sold, leased, rented, gifted or bargained away the People’s ownership over our bodies, our money and our law and by what authority? And, where are the transfer documents and records? NO TRANSFER RECORDS. Thus its a conversion, theft and fraud intended to ENSLAVE.
The cumulative answer again appears obvious.
NO ONE SOLD OUR COUNTRY, THOSE BENEFITING FROM THE ALLEGED SALE JUST ACT LIKE THE SALE TOOK PLACE. THEN SELL THAT BULLSHIT TO THE PEOPLE.
THE BUYERS OF THE BULL SHIT ARE THE PROBLEM. BECAUSE, EVERY AMERICAN HAS THEIR OWN CHOICE TO MAKE.

Just like the Declarations says, Nature’s God and the Laws of Nature or the Rule by men called Kings.
Given that bankruptcy is a legal procedure requiring records of the procedure identifying the parties; And there is no international law or treaty recognizing a nations bankruptcy procedure; and there are no public or private records available showing the United States ever went bankrupt, where does that bullshit of the U.S. BANKRUPTCY come from? Some thing happened but it sure isn’t the a bankruptcy.
Does belief that something happened and the massive amount of programming a belief ever change the facts, the law, or the procedures? NO.
Does belief ever create a fact, or law or procedure? NO.
Is a gold or metal backed currency or money system wherein the ownership over the metals is never disclosed, a private or public money? PRIVATE.
Is CRYPTO simply another name for hiding your assets of whatever nature kind from the regulators applying legalize forced to commit theft of your private assets? YES.
Is Crypto a Ponzi enriching a few at the expense of many whose commercial life is drained of money in circulation. Probably.
Do you know anyone who consented to be taxed after receiving due process wherein they were fully informed of the nature and cause of taxing and had all the relevant material facts in their hands from which to make the decision to consent and were provided a copy of the consent contract? NO!!!
Are the preambles to the People’s constitutions the documents of title declaring ownership over governments We the People created? YES. If not why not?
SECOND RESPONSE.
The key elements missed across the board are fatal.
1. If you do not define your self and have public record to back it up, are you assumed to be a subject and the systemites will define you from a servants position? YES.
SYSTEMITE: Robert Fox coined this term back in the mid 90s.
One who serves the system that trained them with out care or understanding of the legitimacy or illegitimacy of the system served.

2. When the fundamentals of jurisdiction are not understood, all relations with current government operators is an argument in the servants jurisdiction under their rules.
Is the subject then asking his master to stop beating him so much? YES.
3. All governments state and federal have waived sovereign immunity in TORT.

The two key sections are the witness and claim section.
Witness: Custodian of Records.
The government records are FACT that is never challengeable.
Claim: I have been misidentified as a subject of legislation and denied due process exposing authorities over me that I consented to be subject to.
PROOF OF CLAIM: The legislative sections of State and National governments constitutions.
No where in the legislative authorities for government are powers granted in trust to public servants to legislate over the People
The People are NOT defined or identified as subjects to or of legislation.

Procedure: SUBPOENA. TO: State and National Archivist for certified copy of constitution.
Deposition of those claiming jurisdiction over you requiring them to identify you or any of the People as identified subjects or objects to be controlled by government powers!!!
Last deposition question: Will you systemite, identify the portion of the constitution granting authority for any public servant to interpret, amend, alter, convert specifically limited and perfectly identified governmental powers, by any public servant and attach the public servants acts to me????
The government and all law enforcement actors are ruled by statute. No statute no power.
Statutes subject matter, the things ruled over, are defined and limited perfectly in the Constitutions.
SECOND SUBPOENA: To every public servant attempting to hold you subject. Produce the certified public records proving beyond all doubt that you were provided due process, notice and opportunity to respond, wherein you were identified as subject to legislative powers, and your duly signed consent specifically identifying what you agreed to be subject to!!!
CAUSE OF TORT: SLAVERY.
Then there are mechanisms to have the systemites attach their jurisdiction to their cohorts in order to protect them selves and the system they serve.
The above are the principles, facts, laws and procedures in motion.
Setting up the fundamentals.
All law is contract, all law is private among the parties, all law deals with property and property rights.
The above two statements are the fundamental key to Liberty and justice for all.

You have my respect for your obvious dedication.
I do how ever know the path you are on is a dead end. Vast experience at much deeper and higher levels than most people can even conceive of proves this to me. The road you all are on I went down a long time ago and learned the hard way with lots and lots of practice at what works and is effective.
You and your group have the all tools you need to make the corrections you all so obviously desire and work toward.
First step is cancelling the bull shit positions and standing on the Peoples venue under our jurisdiction.
Perfect example is the bankruptcy mentioned above.
Where is the determination by any competent finder of fact, identifying that the State of Washington, or any State created by the People’s constitution and the EIN identified entity STATE OF WASHINGTON are the same entity or identity, hold the same political, legal or commercial capacities or standing, hold the right to seek consent from the People to be governed, hold powers or authorities to operate on the venue of Washington as defined by meets and bounds? THERE IS NONE.
This is another issue you where you and your cohorts lose credibility. A few simple points destroy your positions. Where is the corporate charter and in whose custody? Who are the stock holders and the management and board of directors? What jurisdiction and office issued the corporate charter?
When these elements and more are not in evidence there is no valid corporate entity!
We agree the governments tell us they are corporations and operate under EIN. However, every one knows the government actors lie to the People all the time.
Attempting to recreate something that is already in existence, proved by public record facts while standing on the authority you say you want to restore from the beginning is a risky position when the required knowledge of the People’s Original Jurisdiction is lacking. Example by question below might expose some issues for you all.
If you all are attempting to restore something that already exists and doing so in a manner that fails to honor and recognize what you say you want to restore, are those acts the quintessential acts defining sedition, rebellion, insurrection and if foreign actors are involved, treason?

What evidence do you or your jural society members have that the Republic We the People constructed was ever voided by the People?
If you are not standing on the venue of the Republic under that jurisdiction are you a foreigner subject to what ever jurisdiction is applied to you?
If any public servant refuses to recognize you and your publicly documented standing at capacity, have they committed a Constitutional TORT?
If you or your any one in your jural group use or rely on a public servants declaration, order, statement, or action that define you and verify you or your standing at capacity, did you descend in to the servants world as a voluntary subject to their operations and defining of your political, legal and commercial capacities? YES!

Last summer at the Trump Rally, 2020, in Phoenix, one of our associates presented him self at the VIP check in tent. HE HAD NO ID OF ANY KIND ON HIM. Standing in line he was approached by one of the security people. He was asked from his name and purpose for being at the VIP check in. He informed the officer of his name and he was there for an appointment with Trump. The security operator checked a list and informed him he was not on the list. Please follow me. He was taken to the front group directly in front of the podium. He was the only one there with out the collar and ID badge around his neck. This individual flys all over the country with no government issued ID. The only thing he carries is the IDENTITY document found at ISR.SOLUTIONS. Don W. identified himself in duly served documents to Trump at the White House September 2018.

Some time after that the Archivist of the United States added a page to their web site inviting signing on to the Declaration or and Constitution.

NOTE: any one attempting sign on to the national constitution is trespassing because they are not identified as contract parties. Article VII !

The refusal to explore ALL possibilities to resolution is self judgement of fatally defective positions.
Good faith dialogue is always the first step to resolution.
Passing on good faith dialogue is ratification that possibility’s to find solutions is foreclosed and conclusive judgement that the status quo will remain in motion as guaranteed by your actions.
