There is massive rumor-mongering taking place on Capital Hill (Not unusual) but this time, the gossip mill is saying "Study-up on the process to confirm a new Vice President." Word is that the Biden team wants Kamala Harris out and circling like a vulture . . . is . . . . HILLARY.

The last time a Vice President had to be appointed to fill a vacancy was under President Gerald Ford. Ford, who was Vice President under Richard Nixon, became President when Nixon resigned. Once Ford was President, he needed a VP and Nelson Rockefeller was nominated, approved by both the House and the Senate, and served the remainder of the term.

It is staggeringly unusual for a Vice President to be replaced. Yet according to sources in Washington, Kamala Harris is in such disfavor with the Biden team, they want her out.

Her polling numbers with the public show only a twenty-eight percent (28%) approval rating; even lower than Biden's thirty-eight percent (38%) approval rating.

Harris' almost constant gaffs on the world stage have made her, Biden, and the USA look like fools overseas.

So the rumor mill is gearing-up on Capital Hill, and rumors of this kind don't start circulating unless there is real substance to them.

So, if Kamala Harris resigns (the President CANNOT fire her) who might Biden nominate? Try this on for size: How about Hillary Clinton?

Oh, and it gets better.

If Clinton gets nominated and by some stroke of luck, actually gets confirmed, people on Capital Hill are already joking about Biden's future.

Several have wondered aloud how long it would take for Biden to be "Arkancided" thereby making Hillary . . . . . . . . . . President.
