This video provides no evidence and contradicts logic.
How does the speaker/physician know what is in an as yet unreleased additional booster shot if that is different than current shots as they claim?
The vaccines are designed to stimulate an immune reaction, a temporary increase in white blood cell activity to produce antibodies. This can deplete your white blood cells but would be temporary in most cases - I don't see how this could foster future dependency on booster shots since those shots can't help you if you can't produce white blood cells anymore.
Since different people are at different points in the number of doses/boosters they have received it is unlikely that the shot contents would be changed according to which phase of that sequence you have reached. People administering shots would not be so good at keeping up with such a scheme and batches of shots are distributed to be used for everyone regardless of whether it is the first or second dose or a "booster." The reality is that the more shots people receive the greater the odds of cumulative effects harming immune function - but that has always been the case with vaccines, no need to claim there is a scheme to design a series of shots to intentionally damage immune functioning. If that were planned they could just begin with HIV tainted vaccines, no need for a convoluted scheme with multiple boosters with differing contents.
