A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi having discussed in a telephone conversation the current developments in Afghanistan, with the Foreign Ministry releasing a statement about it saying: “Exchanging opinions on the situation in Afghanistan, they stressed an importance of coordinated efforts aimed at establishing the peace and stability in this country and the provision of security in the region on the whole...They agreed to bolster cooperation in the fight against an expansion of the terrorism ideology and the threat of drugs coming from the territory of Afghanistan”, says most remarkable about this call was its following the leaders of France, Britain, Italy and Germany also turning to President Putin for advice on Afghanistan instead of Supreme Socialist Leader Biden—and are global leaders still shocked over why the United States didn’t tell them the truth about Afghanistan, as opposed to Russia that knew exactly what was going to happen, which is why it evacuated all of the family members of Russian diplomats long before the Taliban took control of Kabul.
This report notes that in these conservations with President Putin, he reminds these global leaders that 25-years-ago yesterday, on 23 August 1996, a message was broadcast to the world from the Hindu Kush Mountains of Afghanistan by Osama bin Laden, the late founder of the pan-Islamic militant organization Al-Qaeda—a message wherein bin Laden issued a religious edict, or fatwa, which served as a de facto declaration of war against Israel, the United States, and Saudi Arabia—after which the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) issued an urgent bulletin warning that bin Laden was a known CIA operative codenamed “Tim Osman” whose family were longtime business partners of the Bush Crime Family—saw this truthful information suppressed in the United States by a propaganda media establishment that stood idly by as the United States Supreme Court allowed President George W. Bush to illegally seize power in the 2000 election before all of the votes were counted, and is the same court that allowed socialist leader Biden to illegally seize power in the 2020 election—after Bush illegally seized power in 2000, saw the SVR sending out continuous warnings that the CIA was preparing to launch a false flag attack on America, the gravest of which caused President Putin to personally call President Bush on 9 September 2001 to warn this attack was imminent—a warning ignored, and two days later, on 11 September 2001, saw this deadly CIA false flag attack occurring just as President Putin described it would.
Security Council Members in this transcript note that President Putin explains to these global leaders why the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation issued order GKPI-03-116 on 14 February 2003 designating the Taliban movement as an international terrorist organization—an order issued because SVR intelligence analysts officially designated the Taliban as the “CIA’s Army” that remains a threat to human rights and an obstacle to peace in Afghanistan—a fact that more than explains why CIA Director William J. Burns held a secret meeting in Kabul yesterday with the Taliban’s de facto leader Abdul Ghani Baradar---explains why the Americans left the Taliban warehouses full of weapons worth billions-of-dollars—today it sees the CIA rapidly flooding the world with so-called Afghan “refugees” instead of evacuating American citizens from Afghanistan—all of which makes it no surprise why articles are now appearing like “Afghan Evacuee From Kabul Detained For Breaking House Arrest In France After Being Surveilled Due To Taliban Links”, “Person On UK’s No-Fly Watchlist Entered Country On Afghanistan Evacuation Flight”, “Deported Gang Member Slips Back Into Denmark by Posing as Refugee From Taliban” and “With Thousands Of Americans Still Trapped In Afghanistan, Hundreds Of Afghan ‘Refugees’ Arrive In Virginia”.
This transcript next sees Security Council Members noting that even though the Taliban has declared the war in Afghanistan over, a bloodbath is on the cards in an isolated valley north of Kabul, after a defiant local warlord and ousted Afghan fighters who fled there rejected a Taliban ultimatum—a coming bloodbath Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov declared this morning Russia will not interfere with, and stated: “At today's early Collective Security Treaty Organization session this possibility was mentioned from the standpoint it is potentially fraught with another civil war in Afghanistan and additional risks and threats…Of course, there is no intention to interfere in these events”—after which Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid declared they will not accept any extension for foreign evacuations past the 31 August deadline, adding that Afghans are no longer allowed to go to the Kabul airport—a declaration that followed Taliban spokesman Sohail Shahin warning that their fighters will view a US military presence in Afghanistan past 31 August as an occupation, and said no new cabinet in Afghanistan will be formed until the complete withdrawal US forces.
Most disturbing to Security Council Members, however, this report details, are the warmongering American neocon forces now urging the radical socialist Biden-Harris Regime to strike out at nuclear armed Pakistan, with them stating in the open letter they just published in the leftist Washington Post: “The Taliban’s takeover next door immediately poses the sharply higher risk that Pakistani extremists will increase their already sizable influence in Islamabad…A description once applied to Prussia — where some states possess an army, the Prussian army possesses a state — is equally apt for Pakistan…Pakistani military doctrine holds that a friendly Kabul regime ensures “strategic depth” against India…Absent clear evidence that Pakistan has terminated assistance to the Taliban, the United States should eliminate its own aid to Islamabad; strike Pakistan from the list of “major non-NATO allies”; impose anti-terrorist sanctions; and more”.
While being urged by these demonic warmongering neocon forces to strike out at nuclear armed Pakistan, this report continues, yesterday it saw socialist leader Biden saying the quite part out loud when he implied that Kamala Harris will be president “pretty soon”—an implication adding to the continuing questions of who’s really in charge of the United States—that was followed this morning by socialist leader Harris launching a broadside attack against China during her Singapore visit claiming they are violating the “rules-based order” and “national sovereignty”—quickly after which Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin slammed right back at Harris declaring: “In order to defend 'America first', the US can arbitrarily smear, suppress, coerce, and bully other countries without paying any price…This is the order the US wants…But who will believe them now?”.
As to the so-called “rules based order” socialist American leaders like Biden and Harris demand the world adhere to, this report details, the “Costs of War Project” keeps daily track of its horrific cost in lives and money, whose beyond shocking finds today include: “Over 801,000 people have died in the post-9/11 wars due to direct war violence, and several times as many due to the reverberating effects of war...Over 335,000 civilians have been killed as a result of the fighting...38 million — the number of war refugees and displaced persons...The US federal price tag for the post-9/11 wars is over $6.4 trillion...The US government is conducting counterterror activities in 85 countries”—and are findings so abhorrent to normal human senses, it makes it no wonder why Chinese Ambassador to the United Nations office in Geneva, Chen Xu, declared this morning that the United States, Britain and Australia “must be held accountable” for their human rights violations in Afghanistan that have caused “great suffering”, and stated: “Under the banner of democracy and human rights the US and other countries carry out military interventions in other sovereign states and impose their own model on countries with vastly different history and culture”.
Security Council Members in this transcript note that the latest country Biden and his godless socialist forces are attempting to “impose their own model on with vastly different history and culture” is the United States—though in doing should have them remember the most recent report from the “Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction” that paints a damning picture of two decades of American efforts in Afghanistan: “U.S. officials often empowered power brokers who preyed on the population or diverted U.S. assistance away from its intended recipients to enrich and empower themselves and their allies…Lack of knowledge at the local level meant projects intended to mitigate conflict often exacerbated it, and even inadvertently funded insurgents”, and sees this damning report revealing: “What most of the conversation seems to be assuming here is that the level of civilian misery is taken out of the equation, and all that matters is who controls Kabul”.
With Biden and his socialist forces doing in America exactly what they’ve done in Afghanistan, to include “enriching and empowering themselves” while only caring about “who controls” Washington, this transcript sees Security Council Members agreeing they’d be better advised to pay attention to articles like “The Afghanistan War Was Lost Before Biden Ended It” that describes the lunacy behind anyone believing a nation’s culture and history can simply be obliterated by brute force—a factual reality known by those like former US Air Force intellignece linguist Ian Fritz, who, in his just published open letter “What I Learned While Eavesdropping on the Taliban”, describes his years of flying over Afghanistan listening to Taliban conversations, reveals his astonishment at how the Afghans kept willingly giving up their lives against vastly superior and overwhelming military power, and belated finally put together everything he had heard about why they were fighting and dying against all of the odds: “They told me what so many others refused to hear, but what I finally understood…Afghanistan is ours”.
This transcript next sees Security Council Members agreeing with the strategic analysis found in American defense related articles like “Washington Is Losing Its Monopolar World Order, Then Where Will Be The Next Grand Retreats?”, wherein it notes: “It certainly looks like a domino that has been put in position poised to fall waiting for others to take their places in the line…With America withdrawing from Afghanistan abruptly after some 20 years, one big question is being discussed throughout the strategic sphere by those both in big institutions and laying on their couches – is the American loss in Afghanistan the first domino to fall in the eventual collapse of the Global Hegemon?...After all, Afghanistan is the “graveyard of empires” probably because it is an expression that sounds nice and because the Soviets fell apart a few years after losing to the locals. So this must be the “beginning of the end” right?...This means we should not be debating if Afghanistan is the first “domino” to fall, but instead we should really take a look at what the rest of the dominos falling would look like”.
The conclusion portion of this transcript sees Security Council Members observing that everything happening in Afghanistan today was exactly predicted by President Donald Trump during an interview he gave on Fox News in 2012—though less known is what Biden and his socialist forces are planning to do the this “CIA Army” of Taliban fighters they’re flooding into America and the European Union—sees everything now happening starting to resemble what occurred after President Bush illegally seized power and unleashed the 9/11 false flag attack—which is exactly why Russia just announced its holding war drills with China and Iran in the Gulf region of the Middle East—after meeting with Deputy Minister of Defense Alexander Fomin in Moscow to formalize these war drills yesterday, it saw Iranian Deputy Defense Minister for Coordination General Saeed Sha’banian hailing “The Golden Age of Iran-Russia Ties”—and whose fate of this “Golden Age” defense pact to stop a deranged socialist America before it causes an even greater catastrophe is yet to be determined.
