Only one fire has been reported in SoCal right now (in Kern County). Very strange. The rest of the wildfires are burning property and land in Northern California. The anomalous nature of the wildfire locations reminds me of Deborah Tavares' report and video of a few years ago entitled, "The Plan to Burn Up Northern California."
