This year around 330000 afghans has been displaced and more of half of them are fleeing their homes since the united States left their US troops . a lot of families are living in tents or on the streets since they are in danger (3)

Bagram airbase is closed. US air support has to fly from Qatar, UAE, or Oman. They are only capable of hitting southern targets in AFG before running out of fuel and having to turn back. As of now it is unclear if the Biden admin has authorized midair refueling operations
