During National Emergency Test Citizens in Montana Received This Bizarre Statement: Sacrifice of Child

This was sent to me from my sister that has friends in Montana. During the nation wide emergency test a 2:20 est, this is what the message said:

An Emergency Alert is in progress.
The channel you are viewing may be used for news or official instructions.
Please confirm you you'd like to cancel viewing the Emergency Alert.
(then turned to black screen with white lettering)

This message about sacrifice of child was repeated 4 times, along with different numbers, plus 4 other lines in between with various numbers.
The person that received this took a screen shot of it and then passed it on to friends to let them know what they received.
I have no idea what this was about, but it seemed very unusual and dark, especially at the very time the emergency signal was sent out. GE
This was also added in the text:
The one to the right is really crazy! It says: "Kill process score or sacrifice child." Which is very strange. Then her screen gave the message about Emergency Alert in Progress and then her computer screen went to black! No idea what to make of this, but I thought I would pass it along! Oh, what strange times we are living in! Can't make this stuff up.
