Dolores teaches people about Inalienable Rights and recently arrested a Police 'officer' impersonating a Police Constable because the Policy Constable broke his Oath to uphold the people's freedom and instead acted as a Police policy enforcer for the Government...NOTE just in the same way that what ever Police turned up at the guys door to remove his daughter ( assuming no crime committed) he too woukd be breaking his Oath.

Thus those police could have Criminal charges put against them as well as other charges. It's now not just about getting daughter back but to follow up with criminal charges to stop them doing it again to someone else.
