BATTLEFORWORLD.COM | August 4, 2021: Reports are claiming that the Pfizer coronavirus vaccine may be linked to eye inflammation, one of the type called uveitis, according to an Israeli study led by Prof. Zohar Habot-Wilner from Tel Aviv’s Sourasky Medical Center.

In the observation report they found that 21 people (23 eyes) who had received two dose shots of the Pfizer vaccine developed uveitis within one to 14 days after receiving the first shot or within one day to one month after the second. And noted that twenty-one people developed anterior uveitis, with two developing Multiple Evanescent White Dot Syndrome (MEWDS).

According to Habot-Wilner: "All the patients in the study met the World Health Organization and Naranjo criteria linking the onset of uveitis to the vaccination". And that "This time frame is consistent with other reports of uveitis following various vaccines."

The observation study noted specifically that in most cases the side effects were mild - with only three severe cases reported - and all anterior uveitis cases were able to be treated using topical corticosteroids (i.e., drugs used for inflammation) and eye drops for pupil dilation. "Only one case worsened after receiving the second dose," and the patient received appropriate treatment - the disease also resolved for that individual.

Unrelated to the Israeli case, in the United States a number of persons vaccinated with the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, after the second dose, a percentage reported this anomaly – for example, the eyeball automatically moves to the opposite side of the eye socket for a few minutes before returning to normal.

Adverse side effects from the COVID-19 vaccine is due to the human genetic material being modified causing inflammation resulting in varied levels of sensitivity.
