Under Common Law, as you can begin to see, in order for there to be a crime, there has to be a victim. There is no such thing as a victimless crime in Common Law. “Victimless Crime” was a concept dreamt up by the Monster Black Widow Government, which is an “illusion” of a nation —- because it was at one point incorporated and became the “US Corporation”. Victimless crimes were dreamt up in order to oppress and control you, fine you, steal from you. Many things our fraudulent government calls “crimes” are not crimes at all. For instance: did you know that in many states, if not all, “driving without a license” is considered a misdemeanor crime?

Where’s the victim here? There is none. You have not caused an accident. No other living man or woman or their property was harmed. Under Common Law, you can never be stopped, questioned or required to submit to a medical test, and then cited, fined, or even imprisoned, when you have not harmed or injured anyone or their property.

Moreover, you may be surprised to discover, that it is actually unlawful for the government to require anyone to have a driver’s license, unless they are operating a business with their vehicle such as providing taxi services. Car registration and insurance are not required.

Under Common Law, there is only the simple criminal law mentioned above. If a matter is not covered under criminal law, and Common Law, it falls into the realm of Contract Law. And a contract, in order to be lawful, must be consensual.
