Not true. In talking to a licensed life insurance agent for over 40 years, I can assure you that no life insurance company can deny a death claim after the 2 year contestability period has expired. They can only contest a claim for suicide or other legitimate reason within the first 2 years of a new policy. Of course they can always try to claim that taking an FDA unapproved experimental drug would be akin to suicide but they would have to prove it in court which would be very hard to do. This is governed by intent which means that they would have to prove that the victim intended to kill themselves by taking this drug which is practically impossible. After that they can only contest for proven fraud in the application. If anyone is denied a death claim on the basis of COVID or the jab, the beneficiary may sue for damages and tort for causing unnecessary grief after the loss of a loved one. Read your policy. This is your contract with the insurer. Hope this helps.
