If I read this correctly, the PREP Act basically limits all liability to insurers when jabbed people cause accidents. But it is convoluted and really just serves to confuse the issue, like most Congressional Acts.

Worker's Compensation claims against employers who require jabs will be considered only in the event of "permanent" damage or death. But of course this may vary from State to State and insurer to insurer.

But there is more. Just as the FDA is getting ready to "approve" the killer jab, legislation is being introduced to prohibit mandatory experimental vaccines. How appropriate..way too little, way too late..as usual.

I can't link this however Hunter biden has his claws into covid 19 insurance. It was last week when I read the article and I thought . . .yup, when your healthcare doesn't cover experimental jabs. . . They all knew how to squeeze the public dry.
