A stunning new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today sees this transcript showing Security Council Members authorizing the Federal Security Service (FSB) to publically release to state broadcaster RT a portion of a highly-classified surveillance video recorded this past spring showing an American intelligence operative removing an arrow pointer sign from a junction near the Ostashkov train station near the city of Tver that could have led to a catastrophic derailment causing hundreds of causalities—a surveillance video of this terrorist crime RT placed in their article “American Embassy Employee Accused Of STEALING Russian Train Station Sign & Endangering Lives Of Passengers”, wherein Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated: “The danger to which the American exposed the lives and safety of train passengers is not at all funny”.
This transcript sees Security Council Members expressing astonishment at how ill trained this idiot American intelligence operative was to not know that he was under constant FSB surveillance—though the consequence for this terrorist crime saw the Foreign Ministry expelling him from Russia, along with 9 other American “diplomats”—and was quickly followed by Russia withdrawing from the 1992 agreement Russia-US Memorandum of Understanding on Open Ground that eased restrictions on diplomats traveling around each other's countries.
Security Council Members in this transcript note this terrorist crime against Russia could only have been sanctioned by Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden—a fact causing Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov to point out the near impossibility of working with the Americans, with his grimly stating: “We don’t cherish illusions on pivotal breakthroughs, but we believe it is necessary to make every effort to prevent any armed conflict between our countries, which could inevitably trigger escalation up to a nuclear level”—then saw Ambassador Antonov directly declaring to socialist leader Biden: “We don’t need any special services or assistance of the US, but for building mutually beneficial relations we demand respect…We expect that our interests will be taken into account”.
To the Russian “interests” socialist leader Biden must “respect” and “take into account”, this transcript sees Security Council Members agreeing it couldn’t be more clear, specifically because they are all contained in the Primakov Doctrine that dictates Russian foreign policy and international affairs—the unbreakable “red line” pillars of which are:
Russia is an indispensable actor in global politics, pursuing an independent foreign policy;
Russia’s foreign policy is surmised within a broad vision of a multipolar world managed by a group of nations;
Acceptance of Russia’s primacy in the post-Soviet space and in Eurasia is fundamental to all diplomatic overtures to the nation;
Russia is fundamentally opposed to any expansion of NATO; and
Partnership with China forms a cornerstone of Russia’s foreign policy.
Standing diametrically opposed to the Primakov Doctrine and its “red line” pillars, however, this transcript sees Security Council Members noting it is the foreign policy goals pursued by socialist leader Biden—an American foreign policy crafted by the #1 think tank in the world Carnegie Endowment For International Peace—whose headquarters building is prominently located on the Embassy Row section of Massachusetts Avenue in Washington D.C.—is ruled over by elite American billionaire businesswoman Penny Sue Pritzker, who was the United States Secretary of Commerce for radical socialist leader President Barack Obama—and whose guiding foreign policy doctrine for Biden is entitled “U.S.-Russian Relations in 2030”, wherein it correctly notes: “Russia does not pose a hegemonic threat to America’s influence in the Western Hemisphere, the Asia-Pacific region, Europe, or the Persian Gulf”—but then sees it declaring Eurasia is its main target, and states:
The Kremlin has favored a multipolar configuration of global power ever since the enunciation of the Primakov doctrine in the mid-1990s.
Eurasia will remain the strategic center of gravity in the world.
The number and intensity of conflicts in and around the Eurasian continent will likely grow.
The U.S. foreign policy community views Russia as a hostile actor, and this view is likely to prevail for the foreseeable future.
U.S. policymakers resent Russia’s global activism and are increasingly concerned about its partnership with China.
Likewise, Moscow’s foreign policy community sees the United States as an aggressive, unilateral, hostile actor and a threat to Russia’s domestic stability and claim to a prominent position on the world stage.
Over the next decade, the enduring geopolitical elements of American grand strategy—preserving U.S. dominance in the Western Hemisphere, preventing a hostile power from establishing hegemony over critical parts of the Eurasian landmass, and maintaining freedom of the seas—will remain unchanged.
With the Russian Federation possessing within its borders over 17-million square kilometers (6.6 million square miles) of the 55-million square kilometers (21-million square miles) that comprise the Eurasian landmass, Security Council Members note that by default Russia has already achieved hegemony over Eurasia—so with the United States having designated Russia as a “hostile actor” and its vowing to “prevent a hostile power from establishing hegemony over the Eurasian landmass”, this breaking of the “red line” contained in the Primakov Doctrine places the Russian Federation and the United States on a direct path to total war.
While on this direct path to total war, though, this transcript sees Security Council Members observing that before socialist leader Biden confronts Russia with military force he must first secure the Western Hemisphere, most particularly his own country the United States—an America where this past week it saw Biden and his godless socialist forces declaring God to be “The Ultimate White Supremacist”—that was quickly followed by the stunning revelation that President Donald Trump commands a secretive army of at least 32-million heavily armed devout Christian followers cheerfully willing to die in defense of their faith—all of which galvanized the immediate attention of President Putin, who yesterday (indirectly—because to do otherwise would ignite a full scale war) sent an unmistakable message to the under socialist siege American people vowing to them: “Everything changes, including countries and societies...And certainly, a part of one people in the course of its development – due to some reasons and historical circumstances - may at a certain point feel and recognize itself as a separate nation...How to respond to this?...There is only one way to respond to this: with respect!...If people want to create their own state they are welcome to!”.
This report concludes with this transcript showing Security Council Members not being surprised at all by President Putin’s vow of Russian support to these under socialist siege American people that are being forced to consider creating a new and free nation for themselves—most particularly because when Putin rose through the ranks of the former KGB, he was mentored by the KGB’s legendary warfare expert Professor Igor Panarin—in 1998, based on classified data about the state of the United States economy and society supplied to him by fellow analysts at FAPSI, it saw Professor Panarin forecasting the probable disintegration of America into six parts by 2010 following a civil war triggered by mass immigration, economic decline, and moral degradation—in 2008, it saw Professor Panarin stating: “There's a 55-45% chance right now that disintegration will occur…One could rejoice in that process…But if we're talking reasonably, it's not the best scenario -- for Russia…Though Russia would become more powerful on the global stage, its economy would suffer because it currently depends heavily on the dollar and on trade with the U.S.”—was a 50-50 probability of America disintegrating by 2010 that didn’t occur—saw this probability decreasing when President Trump took power—but when Biden and his godless socialist forces seized power this year, saw this probability soaring to a near certainty—which is exactly why the Russian sovereign wealth fund announced last week that it had cut its US Dollar reserves to ZERO.
