Seems the test has really begun.
The test is more than about the vac.
It's about who is governed and who is governed by consent.
There are a population of people that claim their independence of government
Let's know that the word Govern is to control the way in which one would go

These "independent" speakers, claim their God given rights and recognize the authority of any stranger that shows authority or acts like they have authority.
What the reader needs to seen is, no one is going to convince them of anything.
1. If you open the door to a stranger, you want to talk.
2. If you answer a question a stranger asks, you recognize their authority over you.
3. If you take their literature, you are showing you are interested in what they have to say.
4. If you ask a question, you are interested in what they are telling you.
Rhise who are interested have created a contract by gesture.
The literature wants to know who they are.
It calls it the naughty or nice list to f' with the people who want to be "good", but its a list of people to re-visit.
It's a contract by gesture (binding in its own right) that you recognize their authority, you are interested in what they have to say, and if they tell you, you have to do something and you have proven to recognize their authority in the past, then they have authority to tell you to do it.

A contract is voter registration.
People have recognized authority of those that govern.

And if you contract to be governed and then try to overthrow the government you contracted with that's insurrection.
So we have a lot of people who did not learn, when it was time to learn.
Now we are at graduation and many will fail.
Jesus can't help you if you make a contract with the devil.
That's why the Bible says you can't have your feet in two houses (ad a matter of speech).

They know who is tied to the tit of America.
They know who will answer to any authority.
They will make a list of those that "welcome them" (nice list)
They will make a list of those that ask questions (nice list)
They may send a public health official by to see if the people there are fully vac.
O e of those frontline doctors said the temperature meter thing they put at the forehead is to read the luciferace in the body not to get your temperature.
I don't know. I haven't researched that.
If you take their brochure, its like buying into what they tell you, a contract by gesture and you get on the (nice list).
The nice list people recognize their authority and that means they are the governed.
They consent to be governed.
What happens when the people who represent you (re present) you; they make decisions in your name; that's what.
Each 4 years people try to tell people to opt out, like opting out of a lawsuit.
But know, their desire to be an "us" and "them" even when they are told both are on the same side, still they don't listen and jump into the system.
Now the system comes to collect its souls.
It's too late to claim your sovereignty, but you can try.
Having a driver's license doesn't take it away

You have a contract.
You can't be shooting people who.come to compel you to perform the obligations of your contract.
No one signs your name on voter registrations.
No one force you to vote at the polls, that's why there is only one at a ti.e allowed to vote because you can't claim you were coerced to take yourself to the voting location, walk in, and vote by yourself.
Anyone of age of majority that lives in that household is as good as anyone who owns the household.
Think when someone is sued, the process server can leave the summons at the home in the possession of anyone who is 18 or older.
So if you are polite to these people, you are welcoming what they are selling to you.
Being on the naughty list will make them check your status.
Are you registered to vote?
Did you vote in this last election?
Then your re presentative has made a decision about your well being and you are naughty to go against the people you voted for to represent you.
Who knows how they handle insurrection.
Those who learned these years and didn't give a flying f who was in office, was not registered, are self governed, and have gone through a lot of sh to be free, may have passed the test.
If you know who you are; if you know all men are created equal; if you know equal has no power over equal; if you know the government starts with the people; if you seenyour system constitution says We, the people, of the state of ... as the government was created; if you've been to court to protect your right; they know who you are.
You may not recognize their authority over you, and you would be in your right.
No one can delegate to anyone, a power they do not have.
So by not being registered to be governed, they have no authority to givern you, even about the vac.
That doesn't mean they won't check to see if you know they are not governing you.
You just might not know you were self governed and end up accepting their authority over you when they visit.
You either know, or
You know!
When you don't know, they know you don't know.
Just be aware of where you Stand, in these times.
