Judy Note: Sometime soon Tier 4B would receive notification according to Time Zones so as to make their foreign currency exchange/ Zim redemption appointments – that were set to begin on Wed. 7 July.
A Safelink Website would be published on various Dinar websites, plus sent out by email for all Tier 4B currency/Zim holders worldwide for appointments at Redemption Centers in their particular country. The Safelink Website and emails would contain the final official instructions on how to exchange and redeem. Tier 4B notification emails would come primarily from Wells Fargo, though also would be sent by Chase and HSBC.
At Redemption Centers Tier 4B could negotiate a Contract Rate, or receive the Default Rate, both of which would be higher than the General Public Tier 5 Rate at the banks.
There would be ten or so days of Zim redemption and currency exchanges at the special rates, though appointments could be set up to 30 days away. After the ten or so days, Zim redemption and the special rates would end, unless you had made an appointment at a Redemption Center within that 30 day window.
After those ten days the General Public Tier 5 would be free to exchange foreign currencies at the new international rates. The banks would exchange currency at whatever international rate the Teller Window displayed for that day.

a) Delta variant of COVID – same as the India variant. Purpose was/is purely to stir up more fear mongering. UK COVID tracking data shows the Delta variant appeared in UK in early April & “reported cases” continued to grow rapidly thru May and June. However, during this same timeframe, the reports of UK folks hospitalized due to COVID dropped drastically and flatlined at near zero in May and June. Proving the Delta variant was NOT something to be concerned about – however no news media will provide this data to the general public anywhere.
b) Moderna received federal funding in 2018 (remember COVID was supposed to have been accidentally released in Wuhan in Dec. 2019) via DOD’s DARPA division for corona virus vaccine development! Dr. Sherri Tenpenny stated that DARPA is the very dark side of the DOD, like Darth Vader. Having provided the funding, the DOD then took possession of the vaccine patent. Truth about funding source came out when it was discovered that Moderna “forgot” to report receipt of federal taxpayer money.
Moderna’s COVID vaccine, per Dr. Sherri Tenpenny, changes our DNA via mRNA (messenger RNA). This mRNA is the patented compound. Everyone who takes the Moderna vaccine is “DOD owned property” due to this patent, because the vaccinated person with altered/changed DNA (via this mRNA) is now considered “trans-human”. The mRNA changes the vaccinated person’s DNA to make cDNA, which a Complementary DNA – IE. a mirror image of their DNA. This cDNA is NOT found in nature. That is why it can be patented. Also the Modified mRNA in the Moderna vaccine is not found in nature, thus it too can be patented.
The Supreme Court ruling on 6/13/2013 for Molecular Pathology vs. Myrid Genetics, Inc. was that trans-humans are not natural beings, therefore they no longer have any God-given, natural born, inalienable rights! c) Dr. Sherri Tenpenny further explained how the Moderna vaccine works. The vaccine changes the body’s natural immune system and prevents the immune system from attacking the identified foreign matter (virus/bacteria/cancer/spike proteins) in our body. Since the vaccinated immune system is no longer able to attack this discovered foreign injected matter, the mRNA is allowed to survive in the body’s blood stream for an UNKNOWN period of time, all while making the spike protein and/or antibodies.
She stated that doctors have always been taught that DNA can be converted to mRNA, but that it cannot be reversed (IE. mRNA cannot become DNA). But with this artificial modified messenger RNA, it CAN go back into our DNA/c-DNA! She emphasized that all this should have been documented/charted and thoroughly studied BEFORE the vaccine was introduced for Animal studies to understand the consequences of this vaccine — but instead the studies were bypassed and introduced directly into humans! Human were treated as the lab rats and guinea pigs!
