When Is Cooperating With a Fraud Not a Crime.
Beneficiaries present this Monograph to our Trustee as a Letter of Advice.
Any one referring to Joe Biden as President is a CO- CONSPIRATOR attempting to destroy our country and the American People.
Beneficiaries Advise that reliance on the law that most Americans understand always produces better results than all the other gamesmanship plays in political, legal or commercial realms.
Comments on the state of affairs concerning the PROGRAMING of the American People and the result of that programing defining our country as a COUNTERFEIT designed, built and executed under the FRAUDULENT 2020 election.
When I look and listen to all the rhetoric surrounding the 2020 election what I recognize is that the programmed dialogues are controlled by counterfeit Americans. The issue avoided exposes the questions to be asked and answered that begins resolution to clearing up the fraud that produces ILLEGITIMATE GOVERNMENT.

Under what law or theory of law, legal procedure, policy, practice or custom will a fraud, or even the slightest hint of fraud, sustain, support or validate a transaction, the election, as competent to place any American legitimately in a public trust office?
Under what law or theory of law legal procedure, policy, practice or custom are those presenting a fraud, supporting a fraud, ignoring a fraud when there is a duty to act, covering up a fraud by any mechanism overtly or covertly, benefiting knowingly or unknowingly from fraudulent acts or omissions, NOT A CO-CONSPIRATOR captured as a party to the fraud?
Under what law or theory of law legal procedure, policy, practice or custom is any present or past public servant, first, ever released from oath to support, protect and defend the Constitutions, both State and National, second, is it CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE when current public servants fail to expend maximum powers and personal efforts in and of the public office served to expose the 2020 election fraud?
I use the term “COUNTERFEIT” in the proper context describing all the People either failing or consciously refusing to recognize the 2020 election as a FRAUD.

FRAUD: Deceit, Trickery, specifically : intentional perversion of truth in order to induce another to part with something of value or to surrender a legal right; related, Imposter, Cheat. Merriam-Webster.
There is no doubt about the facts exposing fraud being not only associated with the election process of 2020, yet actually producing a false talley. Any one not recognizing the facts does so as a conscious choice to participate in the fraud.

Elections are a political transaction. The good People’s political will, our sacred private property, is transferred to those we elect via transfer mechanism called the VOTE.
No valid transaction could ever be associated with even the smallest sniff of fraud.
CONCLUSION
If the laws, legitimate constitutionally competent statutes, are actually in force and effect, then Donal Trump is President.

OPINION
Every person who refers to Donald Trump as “the Former President” is supporting the fraud. Joining the conspiracy to deny the country our legitimate President, deny Donald Trump his rightful position, is very easy. It only takes a few words.
Everyone is responsible and liable for their own words!
The only reason I can find for people refusing to address the fraud straight up like real Americans word is cowardice. My question is what are they afraid of, the truth, the facts, the law? Donald Trump? All of the above?
Any American that is fearful of the Democrats and their twisted perverted corrupt rhetoric deserves to be identified as a coward.
Grade school play ground rules defines the current confusions and the co-conspirators perfectly.

Please Mr. President, please, break out of the political rhetoric of yesterday that relies an deception to sustain its self, by moving into the present by declaring hard core facts, law, procedures, names and crimes publicly for the People to implement our Rule of Law.
