You need to stay on top of your own immune systems.

Here's how: Lipospheric vitamin C is 1000 times more bio-available than even vit C intravenous + vitamin D3 > 5000 units/day, but be a good idea to get tested for your D level as some people need 3Xs that amount for a while as they are so deficient, especially if you've been trapped indoors for the past year + vitamin K2.
