In the movie, we find out that a blood transfusion would remove his ability to relive that day and correct mistakes he made while trying to kill the alien presence.

With the vack, we would probably not be considered human. As Dr Cahill said genetically modified people are tracked,, that's why they need a passport.

There is probably no blood types for the vack. The mRNA may have removed all distinction of XX and XY and the blood types.

All we know is there is a lot of blood clotting and the platelets get used up.

Would be nice if someone had blood analysis before the vack and blood analysis after the vack.

And shared as little or as much as they can about it.

If they know someone that's going to get the vack anyway for a free donut, maybe that someone will let them pay for a blood analysis before they get the vack and a blood analysis after, since free is the driving force, and we still get to find out from someone we couldn't talk out of it anyway.
