That video has been freshly circulating for some days now as if it was recent.

The video was made in September 2020 when Trump was president and he was arguing with the FDA about the approval of COVID-19 vaccines and the FDA top guy Dr. Hahn gave that talk in a briefing in September 2020 at the time when no COVID-19 vaccines were approved for emergency use.

What Dr. Hahn spoke of, is the normal procedure for the approval of vaccines - he was not talking about emergency use approval.
