Many trillions of years ago the Earth began to develop as a suitable place to accommodate 'the hierarchy', from which we originated. In those ancient days the surface the planet was ‘flat’ and lifeless. We planned for the Earth to become a Paradise Garden. The word paradise comes from the sound that pierces molecules and atoms, helping to create a shape. The plan required that the surface of the earth’s crust also change shape.

Comets and meteors were allowed to hit the surface to create protrusions and depressions. There have been reactions on the planet in between gases and water. The life forms that were needed could be introduced into the water envelope. Hierarchies have sent what creates life and helps to multiply it. Many organisms were sown at the earliest stage of the Earth's development, spores and other life forms that could have grown, evolved on the planet.

The changes that took place on Earth prompted the elements and substances to create diverse life-forms. The hierarchy has created protection around the planet in order to help stabilize it and enable the fastest possible development. Simple shapes lives, like fungi, mollusks and others began to grow and multiply.

Many from the hierarchy and the 'angelic realm' worked together to help it happen. It was then that many cultures around the universe showed up for occupation, especially extraterrestrial beings that already existed in this part of the galaxy. They began to leave and return from Earth, showing great interest in the place.

These beings came to Earth many millions of years before the journey of the 'Rexagena'. They were created by another hierarchy that operated from the selfish motivation and desire for power. The energy in these beings was light, but they were not possessed by the energy of love and compassion.

They were Reptiles and as their name suggests they were reptiles. I will repeat, that they understood light and had the intelligence that goes with it, but they did not understand love. It was not created in them, at the very beginning.

There were other races created in the same way in this part of the galaxy, such as the ‘Dinoids’ who also came to Earth. Due to their lack of the element of love, there were fierce quarrels between them. The result was rivalry and wars. Many millions of years ago this was not uncommon, it was happening in many places in space.

You have to understand that these races were created by others, who have turned away from the light of the One.

Those from the ‘angelic kingdoms’ who worked to create the Garden of Eden came with the 'Elohim'. Some arrived because of what was happening on Earth and they were worried about the long presence of the Reptile and Dinoid races that had begun to claim the planet for themselves. Reptiles and Dinoids also began to create for themselves many forms of life on Earth.

They ‘created’ by genetic engineering and were very skilled at it, and enjoyed it immensely. How did the Reptilians and the Dinoids live together when they were in fact different races? There were similarities in their nature that allowed them to live on Earth together, but insecurely.

Both races had great abilities in genetic engineering and had created numerous different types of life form. Look at the face of any frog now and you will see the face that the Dinoids had. Both races began to cooperate and began to create, almost like a paintbrush, many kinds of life forms. It became a real competition, to see who could beat whom, because they enjoyed it.

They created dinosaurs. They were created by the influence of Dinoids and Reptiles although they are named after the Dinoids. Through creative competition between the two races, the dinosaurs were getting bigger and crueler. As they got bigger, and had many teeth they were very dangerous.

The animals continued to mate with each other so their numbers increased dramatically. They ate all the green vegetation very quickly so many places on the Earth were completely devastated. Waste substances from these beings and their dead bodies covered the environment.

It was necessary to find a way to put it all back into the Earth, so Reptiles and Dinoids created:

Viruses, bacteria and parasitic forms which assisted in that decomposition process.
