The effectiveness of justice being served is lost by 50% if the criminal is tried, executed but then replaced as if nothing happened. Half the reason to execute is to stop the individual criminal. The other half of the reason is to let others know what happens to criminals when they're caught. If the punishment (execution) is covered-up by replacing the criminal with a clone or doppelganger, the effect of the whole matter is cut in half. If, for example, HRC is tried and executed for her crimes, you want the whole world to know it. What would be accomplished by hiding that fact and replacing her with something else?

This is a movie. The replacement of the bad guys is only temporary. So the herd does not panic. When the operation 'Drain The Swamp'* is over...all will be shown and clearly explained to the public. It is the Kosher way to take down the cabal without panic and resulting riots. Calmly lead them to the slaughter house.
* Actually they just flooded the swamp. Miles under DC are tunnels where the unthinkable was occurring with children and even CCP troops were encountered and destroyed. Now that all has been cleared and destroyed underground...they are being flooded and filled to end the nightmare and bury the remains of the children body parts. DC is history. It will be turned into a nature reserve for wildlife. The new WH will be in Texas. (2 of them actually)

All tribunal trials conducted at GITMO are being recorded/filmed to be shown to us later when the time is right. Don't worry...you will see it all. It has to be this way so you will remember and know what happened so humanity can move forward and get past this dark period.

They have their own TV Network...The GITMO Channel. It will go live when the time is right and everybody will see all of it.

They have already prepared the video footage which is 8 hours long and will be aired on every channel 3 times a day for a week so all can see it.

Just think about it...back when Obama was taken out (he is #19 on the list) if he had been exposed to the public back then...it would have triggered major riots from the blacks because many liked him and had no idea the real monster he is. Or that he was gay and had a tranny in our WH. No matter what...it would have been ugly. But you see nothing has happened and all is peaceful.

But the truth will come out all at once on everybody. Most will be overwhelmed and it will trigger a mass awakening of the sleepers. Mr.Ed :)
