Last week the RV was put on a 72 hour hold because of Cabal bankers trying to confiscate funds. Under order of the World Court the RV was now set to go out Sun.-Tues. 18-20 April. The lock down of rates would happen on Value Day Mon. 19 April. Tier 4B (us, the Internet Group) was set to start appointments on Tues. 20 April.
Tier 4B has been advised to keep phones charged and watch email inboxes for the secure link website to obtain personal 800# to call and make redemption/ exchange appointments.
Schedule of Events:
On Sat 10 April some Cabal half-wit RV insiders who tried to set things up last to steal money from accounts, including Tier 4B accounts, were arrested.
Sun. 11 April: UST gave green light for GCR liquidity release.
Mon. 12 April: a 72 hour hold was placed on the liquidity release because members of the Cabal tried to siphon funds. The Military RV Security Teams identified, arrested, removed and replaced them all including three bankers.
The RV Security Teams had to take a 72 hour hold from last Mon to Wed 12-14 April to check all connections and make sure the plumbing was clear of Cabal obstructions and bankers.
Tues. 13 April (Q) The Storm Rider: 45 (Donald Trump) was moved by Military Security from Mar-a-lago and flown to a secure location. CCP subs on Atlanta Coast Russian and US subs positioned. Tues.-Thurs. 13-15 April hundreds of test exchanges, bond redemptions and transactions took place – the tests all successful.
Wed 14 April at 4 pm & 5:26 pm PST: bonds were released for liquidity of Tier 4B.
On Thurs.15 April the 100+ test transactions in the QFS were successful without obstructions. The US Treasury told the Department of Defense and Trump that they were good to start the release again through the weekend and next week.
Thurs. 15 April Bond Traders were still being liquidated while Hillary Clinton’s Tribunal ended with a guilty verdict and sentence to be hanged in ten days on 26 April after taps.
As of Fri-Sat 16-17 April the Deep State had been completely locked out of the RV release process through the QFS system.
Fri. 16 April Military News: Breaking: Commander-in-chief of the United States (Donald Trump) entered the Department of Defense on Fri. 16 April. Trump had been in hiding since Tues. 13 April.
The RV start would go out Sun.-Tues. 18-20 April.

The 72-hour-delay this past week pushed the RV release into this coming week of Sun 18 April.
Several days ago a few Deep State cartel bankers obstructed the release process trying to siphon off funds.
Over last weekend to Mon. 12 April the Military RV Security Teams arrested, removed and replaced them all.
As of Fri-Sat 16-17 April the Deep State has been locked out of the RV release process through the QFS system.
Tues.-Thurs. 13-15 April hundreds of test exchanges, bond redemptions and transactions took place – the tests all successful.
They are going to begin to release everything again in just 24 hours.
The RV Security Teams were working this weekend on getting everything ready globally for the hundreds of thousands of payouts and the over 1 million global Tier 4B exchange-redemptions.
There are thousands of transaction security priority points across 27 categories of payouts in the four tiers, (Tiers 1-4B), that the RV security teams are working on with the banking teams, paymasters, group leaders, etc in Reno, Zurich, Hong Kong and Singapore.
The lock down of rates would happen on Value Day Mon. 19 April.

The QFS was a self-reporting system. The Cabal half-wit RV insiders who tried to set things up last Sat 10 April to steal money from accounts, including Tier 4B accounts, have been arrested.
The three bankers who were doing the same last Mon 12 April were also identified and arrested.
The QFS shows immediately when bankers do nefarious deviations from the required RV release procedures.
The RV Security Teams had to take the 72 hour hold from last Mon to Wed 12-14 April to check all connections and make sure the plumbing was clear of Cabal obstructions and bankers before starting the RV release globally this Mon 19 April.
On Wed 14 April when the 72 hour hold ended, the RV security teams said that was a turning point of victory.
All the 196 test bond redemptions and the test currency redemptions-exchanges went well without obstructions found in the QFS block-chain records.
On Thurs. 15 April the 100+ test transactions in the QFS were successful without obstructions.

On the same day of Sat. 17 April that Prince Philip's funeral was taking place, the global Cabal financial control was also going down and being buried.
They were "pretty sure" that there would be no more attempts to obstruct again this Sun-Mon 18-19 April. They expected the release to go through unobstructed in just 24 hours.
Trump and the Security Teams were required by World Court orders to give us in Tier 4B 14 days – and ten days at a minimum – of 800# notifications.
This was needed in order for Trump and the interim military govt to access RV funds for Tier 1 govt and military and Tier 2 related humanitarian organizations projects in order to start NESARA in the last two weeks of April.
In order for Trump and the Military to start NESARA by Sat 1 May they must start Tier 4B and Tier 3-4A payouts this coming week or Trump and the military would not get access to funds under the control of the top Chinese Elders for NESARA!!!
Trump and the Military’s schedule of starting NESARA by the first week in May has been in place for the past two weeks. They have not moved the goal posts and cannot afford to move them past these last two weeks of April.
The Military RV Security teams were operating with faster arrest actions and deadlier accuracy in finding and immediately arresting any Cabal half-wits foolish enough to try to obstruct.
Trump and the Military have to meet a mandate by the Chinese Elders and ordered by the World Court. They have NO MORE OPTIONS but to release Tier 4B this coming week because they are constrained legally from accessing critical funds if they do not comply with starting Tier 4B this next week with 10-14 days of 800# notifications and exchanges BEFORE Sat 1 May.
Early next week when bond seller accounts go live Tier 4B notifications will go out and Tier 3-4A payouts will be started.

The Military has a 3-day push to get our RV started no later than Monday.
We were expecting that our Bond Traders would receive an initial 1% of their funds at any time.
Again, once they are done, we are next. We will have about 10 days to Exchange or Redeem our currencies and Bonds (Zim).
It was on 10 days hold, for interference from the financial system bankers- arrests happened. They arrested some bank managers from unknown bank that wanted to limit the withdrawals to only $10,000.00 dollars, NOT part of rules in the future. They had to revamp the London banking system too.
