The UK Parliament is asking for written evidence as to why anyone opposes Vaccine passports. They will otherwise impose it. Everyone needs to write in and point out it's contrary to English Constitutional Law which they are not adhering to and which means they are committing Treason

Boris,

Your plans to impose CoVID vaccination passports ("certificates") upon the UK population will very likely spell the end of your political career and of the Conservative Party. Once dubbed "the nasty Party", you stand to prove that assessment with such draconian control.

You publicly denounced personal ID in 2004 as "a recipe for tyranny and repression". But that is what you now plan and it is in breach of the English Constitutional Law you have sworn as a public servant to uphold. Only half of the UK has been CoVID vaccinated. You yourself have said that even those vaccinated must continue to follow CoVID restrictions as the vaccine does not protect against catching or spreading the virus. (So just what is it for ?) Your vaccine passport scheme will knowingly and wilfully split the nation in half, barring half the population from the pubs, clubs, restaurants, shops and public transport they have hitherto freely enjoyed and you will be forcing these venues to act as your vaccination police state. You and your ministers thus commit high treason contrary to the Magna Carta, the 1351 Treason Act, the Act of Supremacy 1559, the Bill of Rights 1689 and the Treason Felony Act 1848. You might believe yourselves above the law. But you are not. "Be ye never so high, the law is above you", (Lord Denning 1977 Thomas Fuller 1732).

But your despotism has not stopped there. Only after your own government downgraded Coronavirus from "highly infectious disease" to annual flu status in March 2020, did you enforce the oppressive control measures of face masks, social distancing and lockdown (extended many times) unlikely to be lifted for years if then - all of them tactics of fear, torture and terrorism under advice from those having vested interest, to compel compliance, obedience and submission in the WEF, UN2030 and WHO globalist conspiracy against mankind that you and others so preferentially serve. You have, moreover, held the entire UK under house arrest, unlawful imprisonment at common law in contempt of the Supreme Court ruling 12 February 2020 (Jalloh). You have repeatedly moved the restrictive goalposts, dismissed promises of release, invented irrational restraints, you have lied, deceived, falsified, misrepresented and (many believe intentionally) severely mismanaged an otherwise innocent annual flu event of proven 99% survivability no different from previous SARS, MERS, H1N1, H2N2 and H3N2 outbreaks with the clearly apparent objective of oppressive subjugation in line with the world totalitarianism you are employed to protect us from.

Your Government signed up to the 27 January 2021 Council of Europe Resolution 2361. It is international law and you and your ministers are obliged BY LAW to comply with it.

Items 7.3.1 and 7.3.2 - "Ensure citizens are informed that vaccination is NOT mandatory and that no one is politically, socially or otherwise pressured to get themselves vaccinated if they do not wish to do so themselves and ensure that no one is discriminated against for not having been vaccinated due to possible health risks or not wanting to be vaccinated". THAT means vaccination ID passports ("certificates") are unlawful - and it is THE LAW.

You are employed as a public servant to serve and protect Her Majesty's subjects from all foreign intervention and to uphold Her Majesty's English Law. But you have seriously betrayed the trust placed in you by the electorate and you now risk massive public backlash. For the sake of your career and the Conservative Party, DO NOT impose your planned draconian vaccine passports. Britain, as potential world leader, is better than that.
