Letting politicians in particular, all public servants in general, hang themselves with their own words and actions, public records are perfect evidence, may be the Peoples best strategy.

THERE IS NO JURISDICTION FOR LEGISLATION, EITHER STATE OR FEDERAL, ALLOWING LEGISLATIVE BODIES TO AFFECT THE SECOND AMENDMENT.

All the discussions, arguments, hoopla encapsulated by Second Amendment, and any Bill of Rights or State Declaration of Rights share the same FATAL DEFECT.

Three words settle the issue completely.

ALL RIGHTS RESEVED.

The Bill of Rights reserved to the People exclusive jurisdiction over the Right to keep and bare arms.

NO GOVERNMENT, STATE OR NATIONAL, FROM TOP TO BOTTOM, IS AUTHORIZED BY CONSTITUTIONS, TO ASSUME JURISDICTION OVER THE SECOND AMENDMENT.

Bold statement, perhaps. None the less absolutely true and correct.

Verification that the bold statement is absolutely correct is available to every American in our public records. Simply read the 1776 Declaration, original state constitutions creating the States, the uniting Articles of Confederation, the 1783 Treaty of Peace executed under Confederation, international law, and the Bill of Rights Amending and controlling governments as fully incorporated in to the States United Constitution of 1787.

JURISDICTION CAN NOT BE MANUFACTURED. JURISDICTION COMES FROM DELEGATED AUTHORITY. NO DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY OVER A SUBJECT MATTER, 2ED AMENDMENT, = NO JURISDICTION. CONGRESS NOR THE STATES ARE DELEGATED JURISDICTION BY CONSTITUTION OVER THE BILL OF RIGHTS OR STATE CONSTITUTIONS DECLARATIONS OF RIGHTS.

All delegations of authority for all government operations comes from the People, declared by our Constitutions, to which every public servant promises fidelity in all acts involved while performing employment duties.

CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED, the single controlling concept founding our American adventure in Individual Liberty. The All Rights Reserved declaration by any American places every public servant in the position to identify and produce their authorities.

Two questions destroys all systemites positions attempting to regulate the People, particularly concerning the Second Amendment.

First Question. Mr. public servant will you produce the portion of the Legislative powers of either the State or National governments identifying the People as either subjects to be controlled by Legislation, or objects identified as subject to Legislative powers?

Second Question. Will you produce the authority granted, defined and controlled by Constitutions recognizing authority from the People for any public servant, act of government to assume jurisdiction over the Second Amendment?

Good luck doing that!

Assumption of jurisdiction over the Second Amendment is a Constitutional TORT when any American is held subject to limits placed on the Second Amendment, the moment We demand proof of jurisdiction in complete form from day one step by step verification, proving authority.

What this means to the public servant is personal liability for acts under color of law or official function, no government protection. Governments have waived immunity in TORT. That means the public servant is on their own.
