I’m not sure what the answer is. It seems that they apply the law against us when it suits them and because it furthers their goals. And then they fail to apply the law and the Constitutional protections that are guaranteed to us when it serves their goals to deny us these protections. But I do understand and agree that in one way or another, the Constitution is no longer really in effect because it has either been suspended, or is being ignored or has been set aside or reinterpreted in a less favorable way for us. But this is not something that they will ever openly admit to. They instead continue to tell us and to promote this idea that we have this great “democracy” and that there must above all be this great respect for the Constitution and for the rule of law in this country, and which of course they all claim to have. In other words they keep the illusion alive that the Constitution and the Rights guaranteed to us under the Constitution are still there for all of us to enjoy as free Americans.

So how do we fix a problem that none of them in government will openly admit exists? You force them to admit it in a high court ruling wherein you have filed maybe a deprivation of Rights lawsuit and you argue the points made in the earlier response that points to the fact that if the Constitution is still in force and if it is still the Supreme Law of the Land, and if no lawful change has ever been made to the Second Amendment than the government therefore lacks the authority to in any way infringe upon the individual Right to keep and bear arms and in fact also lacks the authority to regulate the firearms industry. Leaving as the only way out for them, the admission that via some mechanism that they underhandedly undertook at some time in the past, they set aside and suspended the Constitution and that it is no longer in place as the Supreme Law of the Land and which would then expose and bring out into the open the radical and treasonous actions that were taken by those that carried out this scheme to end our American system.

There is no such thing as a United States Citizen.

The United States is not a country, never has been never will be.
The country capable of recognizing and identifying its Citizens from the States United, is the United States Of America.
That’s the countries name on the passport.
All arguments relating the alleged corporate US Citizen are fatally defective for one reason
Corporations do not, not authorized by jurisdiction creating corporations, have citizens. Political jurisdictions may have citizens.

Why talk about a fraud like the US Citizen?

What so called natural man has access to a political jurisdiction to to apply legalized force to protect life, Liberty or property?
Any natural man claiming the use of legalized force held by any of the States United or the United States Government, claiming title to any property registered in the People‘s jurisdictions is trespassing from a foreign unidentified jurisdiction.
