My comment: Much of the reports coming in are not verified but it appears that military equipment and ships from several countries are in place in case a war does breaks out. Bomb shelters have been opened, tanks are in place on both sides meaning Ukraine and Russia. In normal situations the amount of Russian equipment is minimal and operated by the Donbass soldiers or Russian mercenaries. But now the Russians have sent in much more Russian equipment, including tanks from Russia directly to the war zones. It does appear that a war is getting ready to start.
Putin has said that if Ukraine tries to take territory, they will end up losing territory. It sounds like this time Putin means business and will not allow the separatist territories to be overrun, or for any kind of an invasion to take place against Crimea. GE
