On jury nullification

This is in response to a statement by a (sypathetic) attorney in this video:
A juror can truthfully swear to follow the law, yet intend to engage in jury nullification. The ultimate law of the land is the Constitution. If that is the law you intend to follow, fine. No offense.
Also, if a juror or potential juror has taken an oath to the Constitution, that is a personal oath that does not expire. If the juror believes the law in question is unconstitutional, then they are obligated to engage in jury nullification.

Our courts and judges love to convict people and take their money. They even do this when THERE WAS NO VICTIM. The only protection we have against this injustice is JURY NULLIFICATION, the right of the jury to acquit EVEN IF THE DEFENDANT IS "GUILTY". This video is an excellent impartial explanation of JURY NULLIFICATION, a right held by EVERY JURY MEMBER.
