What a technocracy would have us do is to vote in on the same person that they wanted, no one else running. Yet, you feel part of it because you vote.

There argument might go something like this, John Smith is our man and we will have him on the ticket and you will get one vote with only his name on it so we can each be a part of it. Your person will always win that way, you will always be elated because of that, you will feel like a winner.

This way we know we are together on our endeavors, smile, wink, wink!
