This kind of control or autonomous zones was practiced in Seattle and Portland this Summer. But a new twist to their control will be Covid-19 testing as well at the road blocks.

Don't be alarmed when you see construction projects in you neighborhoods. NCC (Neighborhood Command & Control) facilities will built in residential areas.
