During the 2020 presidential campaign season, while on stage, Joe Biden suffered a massive eye bleed, with the white of one eye quite literally turning red, as seen in the image at the top of this article.

Biden has often looked sickly, which was the cause of much chatter on the Internet, and his mental health has been questioned due to his own mistakes, misstatements and missteps, rounding out the belief that his health was questionable at best.

These questions often led to concerns that Biden was being used by Democrats just for the election but he was never expected to fulfill a whole four year term as president, and maybe not even a first term.

Evidence of this came recently after Biden himself seemingly admitted that should he and his VP pick, Kamala Harris disagreed, he would "develop some disease and say I have to resign."

“It’s in private. She’ll say, I think we should do A, B, C, or D, and I will say, I like A, don’t like B and C. And let’s go, OK. But — and like I told Barack, if I reach something where there’s a fundamental disagreement we have based on a moral principle, I, I’ll, I’ll, I’ll, I’ll develop some disease and say I have to resign.”
