Beneficiaries Advise that that the stuff that rolls down hill starts somewhere. Starting in the Supreme Court by opening the flood gate at the top of the hill destroys the promised protections to those working on the hill for the crooks. The one thing all crooks of every kind every where are afraid of is the law catching them. The question now is what kind of law?
Even crooks like the ones attempting to steal our country and destroy our government have a choice whether they deserve one or not. Our job is to provide the choice from the high ground. Civil process by our President or the alternatives available to our President. Either way We win. One preserves the integrity of principles founding our country. The other may restore some of the principles, yet at the same time the essence of our identity as a free People changes in a fundamental way. We the People loose something indescribable that is at our essence.
Either choice carries a high cost. Beneficiaries believe that civil process maintains the higher level of original principles which is more beneficial to the future operations of our governments. We do not believe the alternatives available in the event civil process fails are lost. In fact, We believe that if the Supreme Court civil process fails the alternatives while extreme must be implemented immediately under scorched earth standard, rooting out every level of corruption possible and taking no prisoners. How fine will it be if the Supreme Court refuses to exercise their own grace by simply providing honest services and captureing all those they have been protecting for so long.
Most Americans still believe that when the courts say something or when the summons or arrest warrant are issued, some one is caught at something. Most people see the Supreme Court as next to GOD or God like in its actions. This belief that courts are some how special, of extreme power, legalize force in accord with authorities granted by the People is a very powerful tool.
What do We the People trust about governments at the present? Not Much!

Mr. President, please consider capturing the Supreme Court along with all its mystique, by filing a proper Civil Action Complaint. This capture puts the President in the position to wield both executive and judicial powers at the same time, in complete accord with the People’s laws of constitutions, in particular our declarations of rights and the Bill of Rights. Contract rights always go two ways.
GRAVAMEN: General Allegations.
FIRST
The Gravamen of this Civil Action Complaint contract in original judicial powers, held by the United States, is that the American People face a conspiracy, in defendant States, which results in the deprivation of Constitutionally-secured rights, to every American, and where the defendant State is unable, fails, and refuses to protect said rights, particularly honest elections and ballot tabulations.
SECOND
The Gravamen of this Civil Action Complaint contract in original judicial powers, held by the United States, is that the United States Government faces a conspiracy, in defendant States, which results in the deprivation of Constitutionally-secured contract rights, proper honest elections, where the defendant State is unable, fails, and refuses to honor its obligations to provide the United States with duly elected federal officers meeting Constitutional Standards.
THIRD
The Gravamen of this Civil Action Complaint contract in original judicial powers, held by the United States, is that the United States Government is fatally impaired in carrying out its duties to the People and other States, execution of the Constitution as written, by being denied a properly seated quorum of States required for a Congress Assembled to lawfully exist.
FOURTH
The Gravamen of this Civil Action Complaint contract in original judicial power, held by the United States, is that the United States Government, the non defendant States, and the American People, will be denied a properly qualified, constitutionally fit, properly elected President.
FIFTH
The Gravamen of this Civil Action Complaint contract in original judicial power, held by the United States, is for vindication of Civil Rights owned by every American voter to be provided honest fair elections through enforcement of the People’s contract, executed by the States United representing the People of said States, known as the Constitution for the United States of America, as Amended by the People’s first Laws, the Bill of Rights and with fair application of the Rules of Civil Procedure.
SIXTH.
The Gravamen of this Civil Action Complaint contract in original judicial power, held by the United States, is for the co-equal judicial branch of the United States Government, this court in original jurisdiction, recognize the duly elected Presidents Chief Magistrate authorities are properly executed by filing this Civil Action Complaint on behalf of the People of the United States, recognize that the Presidents Criminal Complaints must be honored by judicial review and verifications, recognize the Presidents Civil Action Complaint protects the rights of 42 other States whether each held proper honest elections or not.
SEVENTH
The American People, 42 States, the United States Congress, the President of the United States, the United States Courts have been denied honest, provably fair elections by individually named defendants acting as public servants, under color of official right, resulting in the 2020 Elections having more than the appearance of being compromised. The American People’s private personal property, identified as a vote, holding individual political will, that when transferred to government via ballot, provides all authority for governments to exist in and for the States United. Consent of the governed has been stolen. No government is valid without consent of the governed. Individually named Defendants under color of official right conspired to destroy the legitimacy of the whole of the United States and States United governmental operations and alter the form of legitimate governments crated by the People beginning 1776.
EIGHTH
The ultimate allegation requiring immediate action by the Supreme Court of the United States, under this duly purchased and filed Civil Action Complaint contract, is the resulting conclusion exposed by the facts as submitted for record, proving that when the free exercise of a vote in an honest election is stolen, the People ARE THEN HELD AS SLAVES, to political operations so thoroughly corrupted by the individually identified public servants acting under color of official right.
CAUSES OF ACTION.
Mr. President, the United States Attorney Manuals, LexisNexis, WestLaw, and other openly available resources, provide specific forms and templates identifying every element required for a Complaint to be considered legally valid and justiciable by any court. These resources also provide the oxymoronic ‘case laws’, judicial powers do not include making law, supporting the templates.
The list below identifies causes of action that expose not only the wrongdoers, but more importantly the duty of the Supreme Court to actually perform according to law.
CONSPIRACY WITH FOREIGN TRESPASSERS.
BREACH OF FIDUCIARY DUTY.
BREACH OF PUBLIC TRUST.
MISUSE OF PUBLIC MONIES.
ABUSE OF PUBLIC OFFICE.
OFFICIAL MALFEASANCE, MISFEASANCE, NONFEASANCE.
TAMPERING WITH PUBLIC PROCESS.
OBSTRUCTION OF GOVERNMENT PROCESS.
CONSPIRACY TO DEFRAUD THE STATE AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.
THEFT OF PRIVATE PROPERTY. State law controls theft. The Court is required to enforce State criminal law in the Civil Action Complaint. The highest form of theft and damages compensation is appropriate because no one may ever determine for another the value of our VOTE. This is particularly relevant when it is understood the VOTE is the proof of individual liberty, and Democratic Republic form of government. Slaves do not vote, free Americans do.

FRAUDULENTLY REPORTED PUBLIC RECORDS.

Mr. President, our adversaries entered our chosen field of battle, fully committed their resources, attacked with out compete intelligence, failed to understand their adversary, failed to recognize their own defects and weakness’s, misgauged local support, over extended reserve resources, exposed their weakest positions and soldiers.
We the People and our President merely need to turn our adversaries over the LAW and let the LAW deal with our adversaries. That is the sole reason for the judicial branches of governments to exist.
Your job Mr. President is to provide the Supreme Court the tool of the Civil Action Complaint and then ride herd on the justices from the position of Chief Law Enforcement Officer of the United States Government
Please Mr. President, consider putting the crooks in the position to attack the Law the way they have you and our country.
Should be fun and the Presidents other options are still open and will gather more support and respect by allowing our adversaries to screw up even more.
Your Beneficiaries Advise that the People that support our President Trump will act, become personally involved in the Civil Action Complaint We have out lined. We provided a fill in the blank Rule 19 Joinder of Necessary Party a while ago. A very large number of Americans across all political beliefs are very angry and frustrated with no out let. When the People’s President provides the outlet and that flow of energy is directed to the place our Law is held, in this context the Supreme Court, the People express our power.
The tsunami of Americans demanding our Supreme Court recognize We the People will overwhelm and the dialogues surrounding the 2020 election will change. To what We do not know. Yet any change at this point is good.
