Yes I read the WHOLE of the Texas filing available on line.
I also have PACER, the access to courts web sites and dockets.
Nothing on Supreme Court PACER early this afternoon.

Perhaps if you read Rule 17 and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, you would understand the simplicity of my statements in context of the law and rule the way they are written and controlling.

One does not need to be a titled expert, an educated systemite, a public servant to think for themselves, understand the written word and recognize sloppy work.

Your comment appears to enticing me to argue that very crooks, the criminally negligent public offices that not only allowed for a very long time and in many cases fostered the growth of the corruption we as Americans are now facing, are magically some how trust worthy now fails all logic tests.

Arguments with uniformed or the ignorant never produce any thing of value.

Further you are measuring my competence of which you know nothing against professional paid to regulate you as human capital.

Perhaps you might read the legislative sections of the constitutions, either state or federal, and identify the powers to regulate the People that granted all government powers.

Ask any one of these legal professionals to identify the powers of government allowing them to regulated you with out consent and fully disclosing their authorities on demand. Then watch them choke and leave the room. I have done that numerous times at some of the highest levels of government office.

Your comment leads me to believe that judgement based on Democrat teaching is at work.

Do you ware a mask in public or private?
Will you be in line for vaccinating?

Perhaps after you read Rule 17 and the Civil Rules and the legislative section of your states constitution we could have an intelligent discussion dedicated to the Principles founding my country.
