Leftist Lunatics Forget Bush Lost Every Election Court Case—Except The One That Counted

An insightful new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today discussing events relating to Day 27 of the election war currently raging in America, says that after Pennsylvania Judge Patricia McCullough made her Friday night ruling upholding her earlier injunction against the State's certification of the 2020 election results, stating that a lawsuit alleging the unconstitutionality of a State ballot rule “is likely to succeed on its own merits”, the socialist Democrat Party controlled Supreme Court of Pennsylvania last evening overturned Judge McCullough’s order under the doctrine of “laches”, ruling that the plantiffs should have brought the constitutional challenge before the primary and general elections in 2020, not after millions of voters in Pennsylvania had already cast their ballots—a ruling devoid of fact or truth, as the constitutionality of the vote in Pennsylvania still remains before the United States Supreme Court, and three justices said the court might return to it after Election Day—but is now a certainty after the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit rejected the Pennsylvania election case filed by the Trump Campaign setting up a Supreme Court challenge.

And in response to saw President Donald Trump posting the message: “Specific allegations were made, and we have massive proof, in the Pennsylvania case…Some people just don’t want to see it…They want nothing to do with saving our Country…Sad!!!”—though most importantly to notice was conservative black Trump supporter Candace Owens winning her battle against the so called “fact checkers” at leftist media giant Facebook, who were forced to admit that Owens was telling the truth when she factually stated that socialist leader Joe Biden wasn’t the president elect—which further examples that these leftist lunatics are unable to separate in their minds the difference between wishful thinking and reality.

A lunacy that keeps these leftists from remembering the critical reality that during the 2000 Presidential Election, then Republican Party candidate George W. Bush lost every single one of his US Federal and State of Florida election cases contesting this election, except the one that counted—which was the case known as Bush v. Gore, that the United States Supreme Court decided in Bush’s favor giving him the election victory—and in ruling for Bush, saw this high court saying that the election violated the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment due to the “unequal evaluation of ballots in various respects”—and in facing this exact type of issue yet again, sees American legal experts noting: “If the Court staked out very clear ground that election proceedings in the states shall proceed in the manner set forth in the text of state election law, that would curtail the 11th-hour litigation every four years to a significant degree…If there are multiple challenges pending which all involve decisions traceable to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court — including this one where the Third Circuit seems to go out of its way to say it is following the lead of that Court, the US Supreme Court might take them all up as part of one omnibus matter”.

With the significance of this being the fact that the United States Supreme Court is able, if it so chooses, to use a single case to decide election disputes in all of the States in one fell swoop—though to do so, it would have to be presented with findings showing widespread fraud, foreign interference and/or corruption occurring in this election—findings whose exact legal standard is known as “preponderance of evidence”, whose burden of proof is met when the party with the burden convinces this high court that there is a greater than 50% chance that the claim is true—and now sees this burden of proof being more than met by Super Lawyer Sidney Powell in her massive 104-page evidence packed lawsuit filed in the United States District Court-Northern District of Georgia-Atlanta Division, designated as CORECO JA’QAN PEARSON, et al v. BRIAN KEMP, in his official capacity as Governor of Georgia, et al, whose “preponderance of evidence” shows this election being corrupted by foreign enemy powers of America.

And adding to the “preponderance of evidence” burden of proof legal standard that this election was massively interfered with and corrupted, is the open letter just published by Director Patrick Basham of The Democracy Institute, that’s based in Washington and London, entitled “Reasons Why The 2020 Presidential Election Is Deeply Puzzling”—that begins by noting the fact: “Something very strange happened in America’s democracy in the early hours of Wednesday November 4 and the days that followed”—then systematically lists the shocking impossibilities occurring in this election no one of rational thought can believe—states the reality that: “Trump earned the highest share of all minority votes for a Republican since 1960…Trump grew his support among black voters by 50 percent over 2016…Nationally, Joe Biden’s black support fell well below 90 percent, the level below which Democratic presidential candidates usually lose”—and points out the most unexplainable aspect of this election as being: “We are told that Biden won more votes nationally than any presidential candidate in history...But he won a record low of 17 percent of counties; he only won 524 counties, as opposed to the 873 counties Obama won in 2008...Yet, Biden somehow outdid Obama in total votes...Victorious presidential candidates, especially challengers, usually have down-ballot coattails; Biden did not...The Republicans held the Senate and enjoyed a ‘red wave’ in the House, where they gained a large number of seats while winning all 27 toss-up contests...Trump’s party did not lose a single state legislature and actually made gains at the state level”. According to this report, with nothing about the results in this election making any logical sense, and their breaking all historical norms, it makes it no wonder why tens-of-millions of Americans are asking questions and seeking explanations for what happened—but instead of giving them answers, these peoples are daily being viciously assaulted and vilely abused by their leftist mainstream propaganda media overlords—best exampled yesterday when the leftist New York Times published their article “The Rotting of the Republican Mind”, wherein it says; “We live in a country in epistemological crisis, in which much of the Republican Party has become detached from reality”.

With the word epistemological relating to the theory of knowledge, especially with regard to its methods, validity, and scope, and the distinction between justified belief and opinion, this report notes, the true purpose of this leftist New York Times screed (a long speech piece of writing, typically one regarded as tedious) was to deride these tens-of-millions of Americans because they’ve stopped listening to or believing their much more sophisticated elites, who know what’s best for them—an elite information class of sophisticates this article describes as: “Every society has an epistemic regime, a marketplace of ideas where people collectively hammer out what’s real…this regime is a decentralized ecosystem of academics, clergy members, teachers, journalists and others who disagree about a lot but agree on a shared system of rules for weighing evidence and building knowledge operates as a funnel…It allows a wide volume of ideas to get floated, but only a narrow group of ideas survive collective scrutiny”—then sees this article lamenting the reality that: “Millions of people have come to detest those who populate the epistemic regime, who are so distant, who appear to have it so easy, who have such different values, who can be so condescending…Millions not only distrust everything the “fake news” people say, but also the so-called rules they use to say them...Conspiracy theories have become the most effective community bonding mechanisms of the 21st century”.

Not being comprehended by these leftist media elites, though, this report details, is that the reason they’re distrusted as “fake news” is because they lie and deceive—with this being best exampled today by the leftist Washington Post front page article “For Trump Advocate Sidney Powell, A Playbook Steeped In Conspiracy Theories”—an article wherein these leftists had an opportunity to refute with facts and evidence the claims made by Super Lawyer Powell in her massive legal filing, but instead was used to smear Powell with unfounded mean girl stories—and when it came to the claims made by Powell, saw this article only referencing a Dominion voting machine company press release defending themselves—a Dominion propaganda press release this leftist article asserted was true without giving any evidence to support this claim—the same Dominion whose top executives were caught making bald-faced lies about how their voting machines can switch votes between candidates—vote switching the American people were able to see happening on election night live on television—and top Dominion executive Eric Coomer warned was going to happen before the election when he was recorded saying: “Don’t worry, Trump’s not gonna win, I made fucking sure of that!”—real truth and facts about Dominion tens-of-millions of Americans have an absolute right and desperately want to know about, even if their elite leftist epistemological overlords brand them as conspiracy theorists for doing so.

As President Trump’s legal team prepares to participate in a public hearing on election integrity with Arizona lawmakers tomorrow and Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito having just lost all his patience over socialist Democrat Party attacks on churches, this report concludes, fake news CNN host Fareed Zakaria had a fit of truth and sanity this week when he told his deranged viewers a truth best summed up in the words: “So, the outcome would be to re-elect Donald Trump…Trump doesn't need to do anything other than to simply accept this outcome, which is Constitutional”—though for the truest perspective of what is now occurring, saw it being best explained when former US House Speaker Newt Gingrich stated: “The more data comes out on vote anomalies that clearly are not legitimate the more it looks like 2020 may be the biggest Presidential theft since Adams and Clay robbed Andrew Jackson in 1824…State legislatures should demand recounts”—a statement that references the 1824 election won by Andrew Jackson, but was stolen from him in what was called the “Corrupt Bargain”—and one knows President Trump is not only fully aware of, he has long prepared for this election war to make sure this doesn’t happen to him—with the evidence of this being a true fact forewarned about by President Trump himself when he ordered the portrait of President Andrew Jackson placed right behind him in White House Oval Office on his first day in power—a very strange thing to do when one notices that President Jackson was the founder of the Democrat Party—but made perfect sense to President Trump, who knew President Jackson’s most feared steadfast belief as an American leader surrounded by enemies at every turn was: “I feel in the depths of my soul that it is the highest, most sacred, and most irreversible part of my obligation to preserve the union of these states, although it may cost me my life”.
