A. Declare the 2020 election in the State of Georgia, November 3, is void for fraud.
B. The State of Georgia within 5 days, ______________, will notify ALL of its sister states and the United States that the finding of fraud will delay State of Georgia’s participation in choosing federal officers until January 5, 2021.
C. Defendants will Show Cause on December 3, 2020, at ______ , providing justifications for their negligence in public office and why each should not be charged with federal civil rights felonies, elections fraud, conspiracy with foreign interests and or compounding and accumulating felonies along with TORT charges for breech of public trust affecting every American.

1. Read Federal Civil Rule 19.
Rule 19. Required Joinder of Parties
(a) Persons Required to Be Joined if Feasible.
(1) Required Party. A person who is subject to service of process and whose joinder will not deprive the court of subject-matter jurisdiction must be joined as a party if:
(A) in that person's absence, the court cannot accord complete relief among existing parties; or
(B) that person claims an interest relating to the subject of the action and is so situated that disposing of the action in the person's absence may:
(i) as a practical matter impair or impede the person's ability to protect the interest; or
(ii) leave an existing party subject to a substantial risk of incurring double, multiple, or otherwise inconsistent obligations because of the interest.

2. Sign up for PACER. This is the electronic portal for on line filing. This is done at the local federal court. The sign up is listed on the court website. Read the filing rules. This sign up will allow you to see the docket showing every thing that happens in the case.

3. The court will have a pro se section that is worth reading. There are also form that you may need later there such as proof of service. This site will show how to fill out pleading.

Set up the pleading as instructed.

The Notary Jurat is the language the notary puts on documents. Some Notaries have a stamp to do so, others will have you fill it in. The Notary will advise.

Insert the filled in documents. The Rule 19 and PRAECIPE TO CLERK. are separate documents.

Electronically file both documents. TAKE SCREEN SHOT OF FILINGS.

Check the docket on line to verify your documents were filed. Print off that filing from the docket.

In the event your access to the courts is blocked, call the Clerks office to find out why.
If no good excuse is given, and a promise to fix the problem or the court some how blocked you, that is a TORT, violation of equal protection of the law.

In the event you are blocked from access to the court you are being denied access to the law and the right to protect your property and property rights, a very high civil rights crime is being committed.

Denial of equal access to the law, admits the court and its officers, employees and contractors, are treating you as a SLAVE, with no legal standing or rights.

This process puts the courts on trial in front of We the People as the judges over our public servants actions. Also on trial is the legal profession as a whole. Any legal professional, law professor or cop attempting to tell you NO, you can-not file to protect your Vote property, is a SLAVER or enticing you to become their subject.
